「Wir waren vom 27.10. bis 31.10.25 mit unserer Familie (ein Kind, 5 Jahre) im Hotel. Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Es gab keinerlei Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder – kein Spielplatz, kein Programm, nichts. Zudem waren alle Extra-Bars bereits geschlossen.
Was besonders störend war: Das Hotel schließt am 31.10., und schon während unseres Aufenthalts wurden Dinge abgebaut und weggeräumt, obwohl noch Gäste da waren. Das hat den Eindruck vermittelt, dass die Saison...

「Best experience ever. Travelling as a big family together can be stressful. We arrived early and welcomed by the staff front desk. Mr Ismael the night manager made sure comfortable.
