I would not recommend this property to women traveling alone. I felt unsafe -- it is in a secluded area. There was a heatwave and the walk is too far with suitcases in the sun without help. The golf cart is unreliable. The hotel smells and the area was right next to a loud rock concert.

Wonderful experience staying on the water, and being so close to city... We had bad lick with loud concert till 1am. Some people wouldn't liket it, we were able to ignore it sinc we didn't enjoy this kind of music.

Sinek dışında herşey mükemmeldi. Küçük sivrisineklerden var, ısırmıyorlar ama varlıkları rahatsız ediyor. Temmuz ayında konaklama yaptık. Kahvaltısı gayet iyi. Onun dışında otopark sorunu yok ama ücretsiz park yerinden yürüme mesafesi 5-10 dakika ama bence sorun değil. Belgraddaki en büyük dert zaten otopark. O yüzden bu otel güzel. ☺️

Das Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum waren sehr schön und hell, die Lage direkt am Fluss sehr besonders. Leider wurde in den vier Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nie das Zimmer gemacht und die nassen Handtücher entfernt.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Dans un écrin de verdure mais un peu excentré du coup et pas très rassurant et facile d'accès pour rentrer surtout le soir. Accueil particulier, pas attentif. Le pick up à l'aéroport a été oublié et je suis restée en plan. Conseils pas toujours judicieux pour se déplacer / visiter Belgrade. Rapport qualité prix qui reste intéressant

The building is on the river. The decoration is modern. Outlook is very beautiful. The problem is that the sewer has bad smell.

2,5€ Capsule Coffee 10€ Parking I recommend to book on 100€ if you re looking for a cheap hotel. Not safe neighborhood, there is free parking area nearby and they provide golf carts, but you need to 'TIP' a security guy for taking care of your car. Hotel is located at a large park (thats good) and nightclub area. Otherwise, staff is great, hotel is pretty new and its on river. Had a pleasing breakfast. We couldnt experience spa.
