Dabei waren sie keineswegs aufdringlich, sondern haben uns wissen lassen, dass wir uns jederzeit an sie wenden könnten, wenn etwas nicht stimme. "Leider mussten wir nach 2 Tagen abreisen. Oberhalb unseres Ferienhauses wurde eine Straße o.ä. gebaut. Der Lärm war furchtbar. (Bagger, Steinmeißel, Betonmischer) waren im Einsatz. Eine vorherige Information wäre hilfreich gewesen. Leider konnte uns auch kein Ersatzobjekt von der Agentur angeboten werden.????? Außerdem gab es in der Nähe auch keinen Zugang zum Meer. Wir sind mit Hund gereist. Es gab einen einzigen Zugang durch den Wald und sehr beschwerlich. Hier konnte nur der Hund in Wasser....

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsene und 7 Kindern verreist und die Aufteilung im Haus war super. Die Ausstattung ist neu und hochwertig. Der hauseigene Pool war groß genug für alle und am Abend bunt beleuchtet. Direkt am Haus gibt es einen schönen Grillplatz (Holzkohlegrill) mit weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen. "We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"Stayed here with my sister and had the most relaxing time. The house is situated in a beautiful, quite rural area close to the old town of Labin which you can walk to. First thing we saw on arrival was the beautiful pristine swimming pool, which was cleaned very morning, so remained pristine throughout our week long stay. "Süßes Haus, schöne Terrassen und verwunschener Garten.Das Haus war genau wie auf den Fotos gezeigt und in den Beschreibungen angegeben. Wir waren mit unseren drei Teenagern da. Hotel Bellevue - Liburnia

10/10 Excellent

"This was the most wonderful stay in an elegant hotel along the Croatian Riviera. Our room was sumptuous and luxurious, tastefully decorated with a stunning view over the bay. We had a balcony where we could sit and take in the view, the bed was very comfortable indeed and we had all the provisions we needed, including bathrobes and slippers for the lovely pool and spa. We had a friendly welcome on arrival and we could park our car on a meter outside which was free after 8pm. The breakfast was unbelievable! So much choice, very good quality food, in a large spacious setting with white linen tablecloths and elegant satin curtains. The whole experience was truly amazing, we loved every minute of it! "

"I loved this stay. We booked a Panorama suite, and the view was amazing. The only downside was that one of the curtains was broken and wouldn't open. But that's probably just me being picky. Otherwise, everything was great. It's a really nice hotel. We weren't lucky with the weather, but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful time. Just be prepared for the pricey cocktails, massages, and Michelin-starred restaurant. My recommendation. "

"Lovely old world hotel (completely renovated) across the road from the beach. Used the indoor pool but the balcony outside had only a few chairs and very little room. Our room had a nice sized balcony with a water view but the room (213) was very small with a few design flaws that made it crowded for two. Bathroom very small. Excellent breakfast and good service. Parking was limited but we had a spot for our 4 night stay and surprisingly they didn’t charge us. Disappointed that a 5 star hotel (above $500CAD per night in Sept) wouldn’t include beach chairs. We paid 30Euros each day to have two chairs on the beach. Lots of good dining and shops in walking distance. Clean, good air conditioning and fairly quiet. Bit of noise from the beach bar across the road but it finished at midnight. Overall a very good stay in a great location. "

"Although the facilities and cleanliness were ok, the communication of services by the staff were lacking, especially in terms of what is available to the customer. I only found out that the garage parking is included in the stay because the ticket machine did not accept my credit card. The procedure for the garage was never communicated by the front desk staff, neither was the street parking terms & conditions when we arrived late due to traffic. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was fixed to a temperature and could only be changed by the front desk when I asked them. For a hotel of this price class I expect better customer communication and not letting do the guest do all asking. Certainly won't stay there again even if the area is nice and directly at the ocean shore."
