"The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made it easy to start to settle in. The property is very well equipped. There were plenty of the usual pots and pans, and other implements. In addition (and unexpectedly) there were the essentials for personal grooming. The property is roomy with two separate areas for gathering, game playing, etc. so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. Property is right on the lake with its own dock so you can play on and in the water as much as you want. Great place for your gathering and the hosts are great!"

"This vrbo was perfectly located and very comfortable -- we felt entirely welcome.The only suggestion I gave for the owner is to put lower wattage lightbulbs in the breakfast room chandelier and the nightstands in the primary bedroom. I felt like I was in Las Vegas! I unscrewed some of the chandelier's bulbs to make it less bright. Highly recommend. "

"We booked two properties for a large event in Bella Vista for this stay and this was one of the two. The overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend this location. We started off an ounce rough with others outside of the property itself leaving a small problem with a mess that has nothing to do with the owner of the property itself. I notified M who quickly responded and went above and beyond to make sure the small problem was handled. Don’t be deceived by the outside of this complex. The way the owner has remodeled the inside makes this an excellent stay. The rooms were comfortable, cool and roomy. The kitchen had exactly what we needed and there were games that led to fun times. Outside of a hiccup at arrival that was outside of the owners control, I don’t have anything but 5 star words for this property. The fact that the owner went above and beyond makes it 5 star plus. There are a lot of options out there, but you won’t go wrong booking this property for your family fun. "
