“I stayed this hotel every other weekend for my nursing clinical at hospital last weekend there’s no towel in rack. I didn’t bother to ask. But i told the front desk guy Sunday morning before I checked out about the towels. I called them because they charged me extra $50 in my bills. Called them about and i found out they charged me for the towels that I haven’t have. They should hold accountable that they didn’t put any towels in there. They said manager gonna call me still waiting. Screwed up……

“After tent camping in Heber Springs since 1988, we came upon this lodge due to thunderstorms predicted. This was my best and favorite experience there. The cabin was spacious for everyone and the view of The Little River is breathtaking. My family enjoyed the guided fishing tours all inclusive. It stormed hard all night long and we enjoyed the rain on the tin roof instead of floating in our tents. The Lucky Trout Lodge is our new favorite family tradition. “I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”

“Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location.”

“We reserved a suite that stated it had a jetted tub AND a private hot tub but it did not have a hot tub - only a jetted tub. I always like an outside hot tub and was disappointed that was not the case. Also had lots of steps to a third floor room I wouldn’t have booked if I knew there were that many stairs, we are 67 and 68. Decor was out dated with mauve tiles and countertop and floral tile looking walls in bathroom. A recent rain had washed ruts in short gravel road leading to the property.……
