This recently renovated home has three spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms and one living area located on the main level of the house. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows. It also includes a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and closet. The third bedroom is located on the lower level. The third bedroom features a king-size bed and closet.

If you’re traveling with little ones feel free to use the pack n’ play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware!

There are two FULL bathrooms. The first bathroom is located in the hallway between the kitchen and the main level bedrooms. The second bathroom is located on the lower level next to the living room. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

-- KITCHEN --
After hitting the trails or sightseeing, prepare your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking and baking. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and an air fryer. If you’re traveling with young ones, there are kids' plates, bowls, and cups available for use in addition to a high chair.

Sip on morning coffee or tea on the back deck and take in the beautiful Northwest Arkansas sunrise. Complimentary coffee, k-cups and tea provided.

When it comes time for enjoying your meals, you can head over to the beautiful wood dining table that seats six, plus bar seating. The open kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning chats, family meals and game night.

There are two living spaces in the house. The main level living room is located next to the kitchen and is a great space for chatting while whipping up culinary delights. The second living room is located on the lower level. It is the perfect spot for lounging around with family and friends, or watching a movie on the Smart TV.

Our home is set up to spend plenty of time outside in the fresh air! The backyard features a charcoal grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit!
