Really enjoyed this cute little bed and breakfast with stunning view, amazing staff and comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money, the food and the bar with the view is hard to beat!

Fantastisk udsigt, flinkt personale og så laver de virkelig god mad i restauranten. Hotellet er af ændre dato, og det kan man ikke undgå at bemærke. Ingen tillæg for hund. Lidt ærgerligt at der ikke er billeder af de værelser man kan bestille på siden, og at man er nødt til at betale ekstra for at få altan, som der ellers var vist på billederne, men som åbenbart ikke er standard.

Hotell på underbar plats med otroligt hög service som ger en familjär känsla. Boendet i sig håller inte modern standard men höjs verkligen av den fantastiska platsen och den fina personalen. Pool finns även i närheten vilket är en fördel. Be om rum med balkong och utsikt mot sjön.

Pas de chauffage dans l établissement, ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Noys Nous avons dirmi en pull et en chaussette. Petit Petit-déjeuner cher et rassis. Il fallait laisser couler l eau très très longtemps pour avoir de l eau chaude. Tour est extrêmement archaïque. Un retour dans le passé des années 70. On déconseile. Cher pour les prestations.

Ottima vista, buon hotel, solo un po' vecchiotto.

Hotel situato a 20 minuti dal paese di Bellagio in zona collinare dal quale è possibile ammirare un fantastico panorama. La struttura è un po' datata con stanze molto piccole. E' l'unica nota negativa.

It was up a hill a ways and a little hard to find. They had to turn on the heat for me. It wasn't very strong. Old radiator. Tv was tiny. Curtain would have been ineffective. They had storm shutters. That helped. Lots of road noise. Some guests left at 5 am. A little noisy. They wouldn't let you bring in outside food. The one chef was a little overwhelmed by the eight road workers staying there. I ended up skipping dinner. They didn't know I was coming. Didn't check their email. It was worked out.

La vue splendidest le principal souvenir du séjour

Très belle vue. Difficile à trouver sans indication préalable. L'annonce n'indique pas la distance du centre de Bellagio. Assistance précieuse d'un agent de l'hôtel pour expliquer en français le fonctionnement du GPS de notre voiture Conseils judicieux pour recommanderr le car public et non la voiture.

Hôtel dont la réalité n’est pas décrite ....

Si vous aimez ne pas dormir à cause de la musique, du bruit des voitures et de l’ambiance Cascade a chaque passage aux toilettes alors cet hôtel est fait pour vous ... sinon pour les autres, cherchez une autre adresse et les 7km entre Bellagio et cet hôtel sont fait en 15min en Voiture ... et oui l’hotel Est en hauteur et en bord de route ce qui vous place au 1ère loge des rallyes des locaux et/ ou touristes en recherche de sensations motorisées .... Et pour ceux qui imaginent bénéficier du wifi, elle ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres !!!

Hôtel à fort potentiel non exploité

Le gérant Flavio très sympathique, parle français et test rès réactif aux demandes du client. La cuisine excellente, cependant la chambre bien qu'étant très correcte possède une salle de bain vétuste avec des évacuations très difficiles, un rideau de douche usagé, et une petite TV d'un autre âge ! L'hôtel est assez éloigné de Bellagio.

הגענו למלון בשעות אחר הצהריים ונדמה היה לנו שאנו השוהים היחידים. למרות היחס האדיב של בעל המקום שדיבר אנגלית, המקום לא מאוד יפה, די ישן ומסתורי. החדרים סבירים (שדרגנו את החדר ב-10 יורו כי רצינו נוף לאגם, שיעודד אותנו אחרי נסיעה מתישה). בסה"כ חווינו באיטליה מלונות אף זולים יותר שהעניקו חוויה טובה יותר. לא נשארנו לארוחת הבוקר, לא אהבנו את האווירה. כן חשוב להגיד שבעל המקום מאוד השתדל להסביר כיצד להגיע למרכז בלג'יו, והזמין אותנו לפאב שלו ולהישאר לארוחת בוקר... מומלץ למי שמחפש לינה זולה ולא מפחד מנסיעות מאתגרות (נסיעה של כ-15-20 דק' למרכז בלג'יו, והנסיעה מפותלת מאוד).

Forfærdeligt hotel!

Jeg har rejst meget i Italien, men har aldrig mødt et hotel, hvor ledelsen og servicen var så ringe. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale stedet! Vi havde booket et værelse til fire personer, men da vi ankom viste det sig, at værelset var komplet anderledes og dårligere end de værelset, man kan se på nettet. Småt, slidt, sammenpresset, og som det eneste uden udsigt til Comosøen, men derimod ud til vejen. Det var uacceptabelt. Det lykkedes at veksle værelset til to dobbeltværelser, som dog betød at familien måtte deles i to, og en merudgift til 50 euro pr. døgn. Jeg mistænker ejeren for at lave denne fidus ofte. Roomservice findes ikke, og man må ikke tage mad med på værelset. Alt skal spises i restauranten, hvilket koster gebyr pr. person hver gang. Hver nat var der larmende fest i baren for områdets ungdom, anført af hotellets ejer. Lige udenfor værelserne. Vi sov derfor ret dårligt. Bestemt ikke familievenligt! Da vi skulle afregne, tog de gebyrer for vores brug af solsenge ved poolen. Jeg har aldrig oplevet det før, med en ekstra afgift for hotellets egne gæster. Uhørt. Personalet kunne stort set ikke engelsk, og alle spørgsmål og kommunikation var derfor meget besværlig. Området er enormt smukt, og udsigten var fantastisk. Men der ligger mange hoteller i nærheden, og jeg vil derfor anbefale at man leder andre steder, så oplevelser som vores undgås.

Ett hotell mycket familjärt

Jag togs emot av en mycket trevlig personal. Kommunikation gick bra trots att jag inte kan italienska. Vägen från Bellagia med kurvor var ett äventyr när cyklisterna kom farande nedför vägen. Vägen mellan Bellagia och Como var ännu en väg där föraren måste vara skärpt.
