Hotellet har en unik beliggenhed udenfor selve byen lige ved siden af en sø-strand og bådebro. Hyggeligt og afslappet. Hjælpsom receptionist og sød dame i morgenmadsrestauranten. For at spise i øvrigt skal man gå 10-15 minutter da hotellets restauranten ikke fungerer p.t.

Una hubicacion con una vista increíble..perfectamente equipado..habitación cómoda, se sentía un hotel de más categoría. El staff increíblemente amable y eficiente.. todo muy limpio. No pude hacer mejor elección.

Unforgettable Grand Canal stay This charming one-bedroom apartment on the Grand Canal was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, well maintained, and spotless - you could tell the hosts take real pride in the property. The full kitchen let us cook a romantic dinner and enjoy it with the most amazing canal views right from our window. Waking up to that scenery felt unreal. Authentic, clean, comfortable, and right on the water. If you want to live Venice, not just visit it, book this place. Great communication with the host .

Please note that this hotel or n is out of town and requires a certain amount of walking or a twenty five dollar taxi, if you can find one each way. To expect to walk from the train station to the this location requires significant stamina. Try to find a taxi.

Hotellet är trevligt och lugnt, beläget i den del av Bellagio som är den tysta och lugna delen av udden. Går att gå till den livligare turistdelen via trappor upp och ner. Rätt stor höjdskillnad så inget för den som tycker det är jobbigt att gå i trappor. Hotellet ligger precis vid vattnet och har en underbar utsikt om man har fönster och balkong mot sjön. Enkla men rena och fräscha rum med både AC och takfläkt. Kan varmt rekommendera.

Boendet var rent. Terrassen var ej tillgänglig att användas, dock vacker utsikt från terrass. Svårt att komma dit, smal väg ner mot hotellet. Jobbigt att ta sig upp. Långt bort från restaurang. Det fanns inga tvålar i toaletten.

I was there in the off season. I expected a lot more fo the price they charged. Restaurant was closed. No lift and nobody to help bring my luggage down at check out. The lady in charge of breakfast was the best, so helpful and attentive without speaking any of the languages that I speak

As senhoras que nos recebem são extremamente grossas e nada prestativas, com exceção de uma senhora que serve o café da manhã que foi muito querida. Não tem restaurante, não tem serviço de quarto nem água se você precisar pedir. Não deixam nem você ir até a parte que tem vista para o lago atrás do hotel após as 19h para ver o sol. Encontramos nossa toalhas que deveriam estar limpas no chão do banheiro em um dos dias. A descrição que está no hotéis.com precisa ser revisada, pois os clientes certamente serão negativamente supreendidos. Nunca mais voltarei lá, nem indicarei.

No amenities. No tissues, no wash cloths, had to ask for soap. There was no elevator. No restaurant. Free breakfast was only continental. Very limited bar and only upon request. All personal left the property at 7:30, doors were locked so only way to enter the hotel was with a key. Each room had only one key. Check-in was decent but it was down hill from there. Staff was not friendly and any request was treated as a chore. The view was great but everything else was way below standard.

Glorious view on edge of the water in a tastefully modernized 16th century building. Lovely, spacious room with a large terrace for enjoying the scenery. Short walk from the main part of town meant quieter atmosphere than the throngs in the main part of town.

Our room had a spectacular view of the lake. Breakfast was relatively simple but tasty, and the service was very good. Unfortunately we hadn't realized there was no air conditioning, but the room did have a ceiling fan.

Right on the waterfront of Lake Como, it was beautiful! Unusually hot and unfortunately no AC, but they can't control the weather. A fan would have been nice. We loved it, and would come back.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake but that’s about it when it comes to nice things to say about this place. They have no restaurant on the property so you have to go into town for lunch and dinner. It’s about a 10 minute walk with A LOT of uphill to trek so be prepared. They advertise that breakfast is free but it is not. Croissants, watermelon slices, and cappuccinos are free but if you want eggs or bacon, be prepared to pay 6 euro. There is no free parking for guests on the property either. They have an entire parking lot that is empty or used by staff, but it is 25 euro for guests. Parking around the hotel is difficult, only limited parallel parking spots on a hill. On top of that, there is no one at the front desk half of the time. If you need help with something, good luck hunting the owners down. And if they do happen to be at the front desk, their attitude and overall vibe is so off putting that you won’t even want to talk to them. Unfortunately, their attitude and demeanor ruined the whole first day of our trip. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a hotel and I would honestly recommend staying anywhere else.
