“Close to the arena and market place”

“Always find this is an excellent hotel to stay at. Unfortunately did not quite meet that standard this time. We had a room that looked out to the restaurant this time. It was quiet by about 11pm but you could hear music playing at 6am the next morning while the staff prepared the breakfast room. I went looking for an ice machine and finally had to ask at the desk. They are available at every odd floor starting at the 5th floor. After checking a few floors I found the only one that was working……

“The breakfast was a mess, there were no knives, plates, bread, butter. Fruit owl was empty. When she finally came to refill these it was so slow, I actually used a fork to spread jam on my toast. Otherwise the hotel was satisfactory.”

“On Expedia, it writes $52 one night, but when you be there, they said the cheapest there is $75 one night. Plus, the blankets there stinks.”

“Yet another excellent stay at the Hard Rock. Their beds are so comfy!”

“Everything was as a hotel Should be”

“Our room was clean, and spacious, with a kitchenette. The swimming pool was clean, and we had a nice swim before breakfast.”

“Room was clean, good variety of hot food with breakfast but don't have a bagel, it was a hockey puck. Beds were comfortable but you can hear all noise in hallway and rooms beside you. Decent hotel but would probably go elsewhere next time in the area.”

“一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。”

“The hotel room was an astoundingly LONG walk from the only set of elevators at the lobby. I was not directed to a separate entry door with my luggage, nor was there a closer elevator available. I have never encountered such a long, convoluted route from a hotel lobby to a room before.”
