"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."

"J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"The flat did a great job for 5 day's skiing for a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers). Kitchen very well stocked with cooking equipment, decent showers, and quiet. Pretty easy walk to Les Coches centre for a shop, bakery, restaurants etc. Couldn't ski down to Montchavin lift because of poor snow cover but that was to be expected for December, but could walk a short distance up a steep hill to the lift above in a few minutes. Great access to the rest of La Plagne and across to Les Arcs. Would recommend."

"The apartment is great, quite big for mountain standards, and the spa area is amazing - it looks like it’s been very recently renovated. Be aware, you need to book in a 30 minute slot for the sauna and steam room, and it’s best to do that at 8am for the following day.Communication with the cleaner and the owner is very easy. We loved our stay and would definitely boo again. Les Coches is great, perfect to access the whole Paradiski area"

"When we arrived property wasn't clean so we needed to clean bathroom, toilet and kitchen area. There were no bedding or towels at property. When I contacted owner was advised that previous tennants have probably haven't cleaned the property and she will leave bad review for them. That doesn't change fact that we needed to clean apparment on arrival. When I asked why there is no clean bedding owner said it's not included and we need our own. Never rented apartment before where you need to carry your own bedding with you. So we needed to go to shop and by our own bedding. Also it was advertised that there is Wi-fi, but it doesn't work and when asked owne response was will check with supplier but never came back to us. Apparmen is in good location for ski in and out as well has all necessary things for stay apart from bedding. If it was meanged properly it would be perfect apar9for ski holidays, but doesn't look like over cares at all. If it was advertised that no bedding and need to clean apartment on arrival after previous guests would never rented this apartment. Friends stayed in apartment across the road and landlady even brought them hair dryer and makde sure that have everything needed. Will never stay in this apartment and recommend to stay away, really disappointed. "

"We had an excellent stay at the chalet, which is perfectly placed for the slopes and not far form the town of Les Coches.The facilities in the chalet were great.Worth noting that there is only one oven, which if you pack the chalet with 15 people, as we did, then cooking takes a bit of time management, but otherwise, fantastic chalet and would happily return!"
