“Top Quality, Second to none ”

“Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).”

“East village hotel is a gem if you are looking to stay in the area in a “budget.” Easy keyless access. Note that there is no staff on site except for daily housekeeping. Rooms were clean and having a kitchen, although we were too busy to use it was a nice touch. Be prepared to hike up stairs with luggage as there is no elevator. Luckily we were on first floor meaning only about 20 narrow steep stairs. We requested a low floor with reservations directly for an $25 fee. This is based on……

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“My wife and I had decided to take our family of five to New York over Easter Weekend. Neither of us our from the city, but thought that our boys would enjoy the change of pace from our suburban life. The room itself is cozy. It slept five, but in all honesty two of our boys had to share a bed. It was exceptionally clean, and well stocked. There is a stove top, but now oven.
