“We absolutely ADORE this property! The location can’t be beat, parking is a breeze (you do have to figure out getting to it the first time), amenities are close and everything was clean and well-stocked. It IS on the 3rd floor up narrow stairs, but cute, Cute, CUTE!”

“I really enjoyed staying at Sara's property. It was comfortable with lots of comfortable couches and a nice view out the windows. The bedroom had blackout curtains and was really quiet for a good sleep. The kitchen facilities were good for a nice coffee in the morning and microwaving a quick dinner. I appreciated the nightlights and other small touches. The shower was great. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay!”

“Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. ”

“Listing was consistent with images and the price and location were great. Apartment was clean but furniture and linens are worn. There were only 3 towels and we stayed several days so that was a challenge. Location made up for that mostly as we walked to the zoo and forest park easily. My biggest complaint was the apartment smelled strongly of smoke. I don’t think anyone lives there so that was unusual to me, but there were several cigarette butts on the stairs and back porch nearby and we saw a……

“The location of this property was fantastic! We also loved the layout and the use of space, it was perfect for us and our travelers. We had a couple of concerns upon our arrival but the property manager was attentive and very responsive. We would happily have rated this property higher if it was kept up better.The property is run down and was not very clean. Everything needs to be cleaned and painted and the floor was 'replaced' at some point but needs repair as well. The kitchen was ill equiped……

“Location was great! Awesome bars nearby and little private patio area for residents to relax outside. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, gas station, Saturday market, etc. Ample parking on the street in front as well. Highly recommend to anyone stopping in for a weekend.”

“This property made us wish we had been able to extend our stay. I don't like to use the term "picky", but with past stays there always seems to be something that could land in the negative column. Not this place & not this management group. Truly, from communication, to a special request, location & feeling of being immediately comfortable in a space...it was great. Perfect for two, but adding a couple of kids would be just fine. Room to relax & unwind after a day of travel or enjoying the……
