“Rooms were clean and the common area was a nice little add on. The area was around downtown so pretty close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was super helpful as far as communication and questions go”

“If you want to jump out of a window — luggage and all — in order to exit, this place is for you! If you’d prefer something safer, I would not recommend it, based on my experience and that of three other guests who had to exit through the window with me. Given the dangerous and frankly absurd circumstances, I thought my request for a modest 1/6th refund was more than reasonable. “Patio was locked, the property assistant was not in the area to help and would not put us in contact with the property owner. Bathroom not attached to the room and terrible location to park a car. We asked for a partial refund as we booked primarily because of the patio and they did nothing to apologize or remedy the situation. Not a good experience. We also messaged the property with a few questions and never heard back.”
