Property is right in the middle of town. Stores and restaurants were close by. The only thing we didn't like was the buildings didn't have elevators and our room was on the 4th floor. Also stairs were on the outside of building.

The room was very comfortable and the staff super friendly! Our only concerns were the unhoused (homeless) that were walking through the parking lot and the guests smoking pot near the entrance! With the college just starting, the in was full!

All of the outlets in the room were so worn that plugs just fell right out of them. The room was not super clean. The hallways were worn out. Breakfast was lukewarm warm and I witnessed a guest being admonished for trying to take some apple juice in a disposable cup out of the breakfast room (apparently only coffee can be to go).

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The value for the price is good. The person who assisted us at the front desk was very welcoming and professional. We enjoyed working with her. When we walked into our room, it smelled so nice and clean, was more spacious than I expected, and all the furniture looked great. The tv was newer and excellent quality, and the bed was A+ comfortable. The bathroom was also lovely. Plenty of free parking as well, and we walked to a great Mexican restaurant right next door and also across the street to do some shopping at Marshall's, which was convenient. The only negative was that the free breakfast was not so great. The lady working there was very sweet, and the waffles were tasty, but the coffee, sausage and eggs tasted weird, and the other items seemed not the best. We should have just gone out to breakfast. But other than breakfast, this is a wonderful hotel and we would definitely stay here again!

The woman at the front desk seemed somewhat dismissive. No greeting! A check-in kiosk would be a nice touch for the property
