“Die Unterkunft war etwas versteckt, aber durch die sehr genaue Anleitung des Hosts leicht zu finden. Allerdings waren es dorthin sehr viele Stufen - für Personen mit leichten Einschränkungen also eher nicht zu empfehlen. Check-In ohne Probleme und das Zimmer war angenehm groß und für italienische Verhältnisse sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Bad ebenso und alles sehr sauber. Man konnte das Zimmer ordentlich verdunkeln und es war nachts sehr sehr ruhig. Vom Schlaf unsere beste Unterkunft im gesamten……

“We enjoyed our overnight stay. After a long drive the room was clean, the shower was strong, and the. Ire was beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast delivered right to our door in the Light Blue suite. Luca was very helpful when we lost our way and came outside to meet/find us. Sometimes gps can be confusing on small streets and Luca left us very good directions and vantage points. The only thing we did t expect were the few flight of stairs going down and then up again. ”

“The staff were really friendly when we arrived and the rooms were large, and beds comfortable enough. However, the sink was leaking in the room, which had a towel placed under it, so I sense the staff were aware of the leak. Despite us staying in October time, it was quite noisy within the hotel and it woke us multiple times in the night. You could hear chairs being scraped across tiles and other rooms using their toilets. Therefore I don’t think the rooms are greatly soundproofed. In spite of……

“Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room. “We stayed here for 3 nights they were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was just enough out of the way to not have big crowds but close enough that you could catch the bus, taxi and ferry to everywhere. Definitely recommend ”
