「Perfect location for a family holiday 」

「Came up for a wedding and the house worked out perfect for us! Owner communicated with me throughout. Only suggestion I would have is to have more mirrors! We had a lot of girls trying to get ready at the same time.」

「The host was delightful and very helpful with suggestions where to eat. The place was lovely. The rooms were immaculate and decorated just lovely. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully can make it back next month. 」

「Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). 「Terrific location for all our family members. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and plates. Brian was extremely responsive, which was so appreciated when asking questions about the area. Fun week for all!」

「Loved working with Ed. He and Laura are so nice and hospitable the entire way thru. Thank you for allowing us into your home. The local police were super nice, and the neighbors (may be visitors) were also so friendly.Fishing spots were fun on the beach and near Shinnecock Bay. If you dont catch anything, go to Mastic Seafood for fresh seafood!Overall, an amazing time!」

「Great house. Lot of room. Only complaint was mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Paid for Monday-Friday but couldn’t check in til 2 on Monday and had to be out by 10:00 on Friday. 」
