The frig did not cool despite being set at the highest level. We kept our perishables in our cooler instead of the frig. Living room sofa is soiled & worn with failing springs. Bathroom vanity has a hole in the side & exposed bare wood. Smoke alarm in the dining room does not work. Smoke alarm in the kitchen was on the counter and the……

“This is a great location, and I had no trouble finding street parking. Be aware that the stairs to the bedroom loft are a bit steep and the only bathroom is on the first floor.”

“Great location and very attentive host. Dining room was dirty (smear on the wall, rice krispies on the table and sand on the floor. All plastic cups and no comfortable chair. All futons and cushion less dining room chairs. Dusty fake plants everywhere.No matching wine glasses and no placemats. Beds were comfortable and it sleeps tons of people. And the location is terrific. ”
