O atendimento na recepção excelente, quarto bom, banheiro limpo, cama faz muito barulho ao se mexer ou levantar e o barulho da avenida tambem incomanda. O maior problema que encontrei foi com o cafe da manha, comeca somente as 6:30, tentei tomar pelo menos um cafezinho e foi negado. A pessoa estava com a garrafa de cafe na mao, mas nao deixou eu tomar. Fiquei muito chateada, pois tinha horario marcado para nao perder o trem. Infelizmente o cafe deveria ser servido a partir das 06h, tinha mais hospedes esperando o cafe tambem, fica minha sugestao.

Quarto sujo. Antigo. Café da manhã pobre, única proteína era queijo. Check out máximo muito cedo: 11h. Quase fiquei do lado de fora por recepcionista no sofá de madrugada. Mobília antiga. Corredores com cheiro de cigarro, espirrei a noite toda.

Tive experiencias nao muito boas, primeiro que achei as roupas de camas fedidas e pareciam que nao tinham sido lavadas. Um determinado momento, pedi um uber para sair e simplesmente o recepcionista tinha largado o posto e trancado a porta, tive q esperar uns bons 10 min pra sair e pegar o uber q ja estava impaciente pela minha demora q eu nao tive culpa. Tudo minusculo no quarto, muito barulho nas redondezas também

O hotel é bem localizado, permitindo acesso a pé a vários pontos turísticos do centro de Belo Horizonte. O atendimento também foi satisfatório; os funcionários foram muito prestativos, em especial o Leonardo. Fiquei em um quarto individual, simples, mas que atendeu às expectativas. No entanto, o controle remoto da TV não funcionava, e a imagem apresentava baixa qualidade. A porta do banheiro não fechava completamente, o que, por eu estar sozinho, não chegou a ser um problema. Além disso, o chuveiro nem sempre esquentava adequadamente. A limpeza poderia ser mais cuidadosa, especialmente em relação às toalhas e à roupa de cama. A rua onde o hotel está localizado é bastante barulhenta, o que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve. Há também uma grande quantidade de pessoas em situação de rua na região. O café da manhã oferece poucas opções, mas é bom. De modo geral, minha experiência foi razoável.

No geral foi bom, mas deixa a desejar no estacionamento de outro Hotel, não tinha como estacionar, tive que ir na outra rua para deixar o carro e arrastar malas pelas ruas, até a porta do hotel, tanto na chegada como na saida.

Limpeza vão ao quarto até quando não é pedido limpeza,café razoável sem ovos café manhã,destaque a portaria muito atenciosos ,limpeza moças muito educadas ,só enxoval tipo toalhas velhas e não querem uma mancha aí cobram 30 reais se deixa uma mancha,restante tudo ok
