“The choices of food was not great, it felt like prison that we couldn’t use any part of the hotel after 11pm as everywhere was locked until 8am. When we used the pool outside there was a mice in there happily swimming, when we advised the Hotel someone from maintenance came and took it out with a net he I didn’t use any other equipment or anything to clean the pool. We then refused to go into the pool and nothing was done about it. We were overcharged for something we didn’t have on our check……

“Our stay at Koru was nothing short of exceptional. The lodge was comfortable, spotless and equipped with all amenities (even a heater and a/c).
