「There was a lot of snow out so it was cold and we had no heat in our room. We had a late check in due to car issues, the weather and the roads, and all we wanted was to sleep somewhere warm for the night before continuing home, but we had no heat so we were unable to actually get any sleep. It was very cold in the room which made it very unpleasant.」

「Got there to check in and their system was down, had to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half. I was travelling with 3 kids, so they slept on the couches until we finally got a room at 1230am. Finally got to the room to find that the sheets had dried blood on them and they had not been changed, just remade the bed with the same sheets. The other bed was full of dog hair and crusted boogers. The staff and manger handled it very well, however the the experience was horrible」

「No window lock on ground level room」

「There is construction currently going on downtown, so you have to drive all over just to find a way into the hotel. Really bad homeless community surrounding the hotel, not a good look. I will not be staying there again. And i'm super disappointed, I spent my money.」
