The staff checking in was awesome. The hotel was being remodeled so outside was limited parking and messy. The room was big but obviously still needed remodel completion. Overall a good stay.

The woman who checked us in was wonderful! I wish I remembered her name because she made us feel so welcome as soon as we walked in! She talked with us about the area, just such a nice person! The property is being renovated so it’s outdated in some areas and new in other areas. Our rooms were outdated but clean and comfortable. Easy parking is a plus.

facility was dirty in general. Their was animal feces at the entrance for the entirety of my stay, never cleaned up. One room on my floor appeared to have flooding or other issue as there was a towel shoved under the door for my entire stay. Was never informed of when breakfast was and when I came down it was already over. Staff tried to enter my room while do not disturb sign was claerly hanging on my door. I also had to pay extra to get a late check out and then the staff knocked on my door at 1115am and told me I was late checking out.

Very poor, dirty hotel
The hallway carpet we the most filthy carpet I have ever seen with pet stains all over it. The bed was very uncomfortable. Room was by the back door that said it would be locked at 11:00 but it banged shut all night long.

The room smelled like old musty smoke. The shower curtain had a ton of mold on the bottom. And there was no TV remote in our room. I would stay next-door next time.

Smelly and No Hot Water
To be clear, we intentionally rented a pet friendly room since we were traveling with dogs. However, we were not expecting to be in a room that smelled like a filthy dog kennel. The carpeting was filthy and reeked of urine. When I removed my shoes, the carpeting felt damp and sticky. Part of the room had vinyl flooring, why not the whole room so it can be disinfected and deodorized? Additionally, there was NO hot water. I let the water run a long time hoping to be able to shower, but it NEVER got warmer. My husband and I left at 4:30 AM, and we will never go back there.

The staff was great. However, the room we checked into (on the third floor) reeked of cigarette smoke. Even the bed and curtains did. The towels were old and tattered and there is a large gap between the door and the floor. The carpet was stained and nasty looking. Our first night we got barely any sleep because of a dog that was whining and barking most of the night and a loud woman yelling that she was going to move out of her house for about half an hour and some random dude came knocking on our door in the middle of the night too. We didn't open the door and he went on his way. The second night was better. The hallway smelled of weed a few times (I've got nothing against weed, but I feel like some guests might take issue). I did like the fact that it was within walking distance to the expo center. Overall, not sure I would stay there again.

Low quality with the price paid.
Our TV doesn’t work. No one answered on the first call. Once someone answered she said she will contact a technician. And that was it. No follow up. Also the light in our sink area is not working.

I’ve never seen a property run out of door key cards. Also I rented 9 rooms. Most had no pillow cases. Several smelled of marijuana and more had no pillow cases on the pillows. One has a filthy shower. I will be contacting the manager.

Lies about it being 10/10. True rate 3/10
I selected this hotel based on its highly favorable reviews, which consistently rated it at 10/10. Notably, I did not come across any negative comments regarding issues such as pests. I reserved two rooms, one for my son and his friends. To my surprise, they reported a strong smoke odor and overall uncleanliness. Initially skeptical, I personally checked in and was met with an unpleasant and overpowering odor. In my room I discovered two deceased fleas on the bed covers, which was rather unsettling.While the room itself appeared clean, it emitted a distinct and unpleasant chemical scent. Additionally, the shower curtain emitted a disagreeable odor. The presence of a nearby carnival disrupted my husband's sleep due to loud music and screaming, The condition of the hallway rug left much to be desired. Considering the hotel's pricing, it would be advisable to allocate resources towards professional rug cleaning. The discomfort was such that I avoided placing my bare feet on the floor/rug.Furthermore, I encountered an inconvenience when requesting additional towels. I waited for assistance at the front desk, which was less than ideal. To culminate the experience, the morning staff member did not extend a greeting & appearednotablyunapproachable. In summary, my overall rating for this hotel is significantly lower than the purported 10/10 exceptional reviews. This experience has led me to rate this at hotel 3/10 (on my list of never again stay) wished I had taken pictures.

Reserved in advance a king suite with the jacuzzi tub. Check in was at 3pm. However, the room wasn't ready until after 6:30pm. Upon entering the room the A/C was malfunctioning. Thermostat was set to 50, but would only cool the room down to 72, and wouldn't turn back on until it had warmed up to 76. The only saving grace for this trip was that they had a regular king suite available that the A/C did work in. That room however had a water roach in the bathroom. All in all, I am not happy with my stay.

The stationary chair was previously broken and then held together with duct tape at the wheels, glad I didnt sit in it and get hurt, also this hotel has little to no amenities, like I can't even get a DnD sign for the door? Terrible service, there was only one worker at the front desk and she was stressed and rude.
