Room was clean and staff was friendly. Negative areas were: For 3 person occupancy only enough supplies for one coffee. Refrigerator didn’t cool. Onsite restaurant was overpriced.

Never got check-in instructions. Way too much time spent dorking around st front door trying to get set Parking not clearly marked. For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball ...
