「Check-in was done virtually and took forever. My room only had one washcloth and one hand towel in it. I didn’t even try to go back to the front because there was no staff just the virtual computer. The virtual attendant didn’t even give directions to where the room was. I had to ask and then was given the correct building but the wrong side of it. I asked where ice was that was incorrect and on top of it I was charged a $40 fee for checking in early which I understand a lot of hotels are doing...
