"Séjour correct, bien que quelques points soient à améliorer, probablement en raison d’une forte demande à cette période. L’hôte a toutefois fait preuve d’une bonne réactivité. "Nous avons passés 4 jours dans ce logement, nous sommes arrivés il y avait des mouches mortes devant la porte ainsi que devant les fenêtres et le côté de la douche qui fuit. Le ménage n'était pas nickel, nous avons eu un problème de nid de guêpes mais la propriétaire l'a réglé rapidement. "Appartement sale, probablement non nettoyé après les précédents locataires, poubelle non vidée. Les photos ne sont pas assez représentatives du logement dans son entièreté.La cuisine est assez sommaire, juste le minimum et là encore la propreté lui fait défaut. "Phenomenal location and first class property in every respect. Elegant dining and everything was well prepared and presented. Comfortable and spacious room with all amenities. Time didn’t allow us to sample the spa offerings but I’ve no doubt they’re remarkable as well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This place was awesome. Built in like 1550 or something and you can feel it in certain parts. Room was great, and bigger than I thought. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend 10/10! Only issue, but not even an issue was the stairs creaked. (They’re old. Oh well!)"

"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone."
