“Home was lovely and close to town. We loved the extras…bikes, corn hole, and fire pit! Kitchen was well stocked. The host and hostess had great communication. We would rent again for sure”

“Our return stay says it all! So comfortable and great location for walking to all places in Bemus. Especially enjoyed porch and patio time this year.”

“Perfect location, great house, and host very easy to work with”

“A great stay in Bemus Point! The house had everything we needed and was really organized. The location is really close to the lake and a short walk to the center of town.”

“Nice place but very small and no sidewalks which causes you to track pine needles into house and on shoes, etc.. Great access to water. Recommend no more then 2 travelers max.”

“This was a wonderful cottage, with every amenity you could possibly need. We contacted the owner early one morning when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat and she replied immediately. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. There was even a free concert in the nearby park on Wednesday night.”

“The property is amazing. Great location and very lovely. Separate spaces for two families if needed with the upstairs as a master suite with full bath and kitchen. Downstairs has two spacious bedrooms a kitchen and one and a half baths. Very close to the youth center also.”

“This was a beautiful house!! Very clean and had everything we needed and more! The hosts were very helpful and communicated very quickly! I highly recommend staying in this house!”

“We very much enjoyed our time at this home. They were flexible when our dog sitter backed out and it was nice to have a place to play games and relax between crazy running around. Only down sides we had was we didn't realize there were other people living on the property. I misread the listing so my bad, but the young men were very nice and kind to us and our children. There was also an undisclosed camera that was a little bit of a surprise and the oven and washer didn't work. I was really……

“Our family loved this property! The front porch became the hub of where we spent pretty much the whole vacation. The front porch is bright, friendly, with beautiful views and constant sightings of different types of birds. It was relaxing and so pleasant. The home itself, was immaculate, welcoming, and so very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool during the day,and sitting around the fire pit at night. The owner was super responsive and even welcomed us with a lovely basket of treats left on……

“Our family had a great week at Casa Andante for our annual vacation. Everything went smoothly for the ten of us. The location was beautiful and the area was quiet. The accommodations were perfect and we appreciated the level ground, the fire pit and the fact we experienced zero mosquitoes! Any communications with the owners were easy. We ate most meals out but we did grill one evening which went well. We enjoyed the Bemus Point area, Tulip’s Brunch House, Andriacchio’s, Lakeview Hotel (great……

“I was impressed with the cleanseliness and the warm and inviting atmosphere.”

“This place was perfect for our needs, and adorable to boot!! Staying in the barn was not only close to my son and daughter-in-law, but it was fun too. We enjoyed the antique furnishings and could even picture the parts of the barn that we were in when it was a barn. Very cool! This indeed is a great place to stay! Thank you!”

“The house was as expected, very clean and comfortable, and definitely great for young families. The fire station alarm did go off several times while we were staying there, but the host was very conscientious and communicative about it. Lovely outdoor space and just steps from Main St shops. Would stay again!”

“All three of us couldn't believe how clean the property was. Kathleen dropped by to see how we were doing. She gave us recommendations for dinner restaurants. We only spent one night, but enjoyed sitting on the beach and relaxing. It was great that she provided chairs. I would definitely recommend her to others and hope to stay again.”

“Great property. Host was excellent throughout the whole process. A lot to do in the area. Great fire pit, beautiful setting, and huge hot tub.”
