"What a gorgeous stay at a beautiful chateau. We had the most peaceful stay here - very welcoming staff who were so friendly. We felt incredibly special and well looked after, and cooked for. The air conditioning and cool room were so well appreciated in the heat wave. The property is gorgeous, quiet and so relaxing. It was a perfect stop off on our trip."

"We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Les Senies. Yves & Carole are wonderful hosts and were very kind to let me try to speak French (I'm still learning but we managed). The weather was unusually hot for June so the air conditioning in the living area was very welcome. It's a fantastic base for exploring the region, we travelled as far as Narbonne to the East & Foix to the West. The local town of Mirepoix is beautiful and we enjoyed their weekly market on Monday. Carcassonne was a highlight and well worth a visit."
