"Dès notre arrivée nous avons constaté la malpropreté de la résidence: la douche n'avait visiblement pas été lavé depuis plusieurs mois, des fourmis circulaient sur le comptoir et dans les armoires, une des deux air climatisée ne climatisait pas et dégoutait (visiblement depuis longtemps étant donné la présence de moisissures sous celle-ci), impossible de faire la cuisine lorsque l'air climatisée fonctionnait car le circuit électrique était insuffisant. 10/10 Excellent

"Lovely property- the rooms are lovely with marble floors, heated bathroom floors, granite counter in kitchen, lots of cupboard space, large clothing closets, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 full washrooms, dining/ living area very nice with fireplace, & lovely large outdoor seating/eating area for each apartment. They supply a bit of dish-soap, 2 dishwasher tabs, towels, 1 dish towel, & bathroom & swim towels. You'll need to buy more toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, dish & hand soap. Very nice apartment. Three pools you can use. Views from our room of the water & mountains- but not every apartment faces the same way. We did have 2 nights where our neighbors screamed at each other in anger for an hour or so after midnight. When we tried to call there was no answer. But overall- a wonderful experience."

"Incredible stay! 10/10 - would highly recommend. We were a group of 18. We all enjoyed it and agreed this is one of the best villas we’ve stayed in. Exactly as advertised, spacious villa and amazing facilities with several areas to relax as a group. We particularly loved the basement indoor pool area which also has cold and hot plunge pools, sauna, steam rooms and a bar! Was a perfect trip thanks to the villa - and host was easily contactable making check-in and check-out very easy. "

"Apartment was spacious, clean and had all that was needed to make our holiday a fantastic experience.Stunning master bedroom on top floor with walk in wardrobe, large en suite, hugh balcony with views to the sea, seating and sun beds.First floor two very spacious bedrooms, one at front with views over golf course, and one at back with views to sea and access to balcony with beds and dinning table, also on this floor main bathroom. Living room large with dinning table, and access to balcony.Kitchen was well laid out with seperate utility and everything you could want to make your stay comfortable.Pool area across from apartments was clean, well laid out with plenty of beds, toilets, and very large pool, with seperate small child pool.Access to Puerto Banus was easy, as was the many beaches to choose from, our favourite was down at Estepona as had great restaurants, easy parking at 1 for all day, plus water sports entertainment if you wanted it.The real gems in the area is Marbella Old Town which comes alive at night, what a great atmosphere with beuatiful sights and restaurants and Banahavis, with its small streets and relaxed atmosphere.Dealing with Kim during the booking, stay and post holiday process was very easy, great communication and would highly recommend."

"We stayed 9-23rd August in this amazing house. The owner was so good to us and the handover agent Sharon was amazing as there is a lot to this wonderful home. The area it is in is stunning. You do need a car as it is a distance from amenities, however, Taxi and Uber services are plentiful. The house is very comfortable and there were things like washing powder, dishwasher tablets, condiments and so much more there. You were asked to replace anything that ran out but great to have this. The pool is clean, well maintained, stunning and at that time of the year the perfect temperature. Simply our best rental yet. "
