This is a stylish, comfortable home in Benalla conveniently located to the Hume Freeway. Short walk to the station (Melbourne-Sydney line), shops and restaurants. It is close to Benalla Lake, Art Gallery, Benalla Airport/Gliding Club and 9km to Winton Racetrack.

Set in a quiet location, this home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 living areas, bbq, WiFi and offers secure car parking.

The secure back garden is very pet friendly.

    Janette is such a wonderful host, very thorough and great communication. They have thought of absolutely everything at this accommodation! Tastefully decorated, incredibly spacious and clean. Fridge stocked with breakfast items as well as coffee machine, air fryer, toaster… you name it they’ve thought of it. Families can comfortably stay with multiple bedrooms, comfy beds and a spa bath and two showers. This property would also be terrific for corporate groups with the privacy and layout of the property and ample off street parking. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family to come too.

    What a beautiful weekend in Benalla! 13 Smythe street is a very well appointed, comfortable, welcoming and beautifully presented property. There were loads of special touches through out the house that made our stay special. Janette was very helpful, kind, quick to respond and easy to talk with.

    Immaculately presented property which exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and well set out. The breakfast supplies were plentiful and much enjoyed by my husband and son. I appreciated the extra bits and pieces in the pantry.Our dog was welcomed with a contained rear garden, inside a drinking bowl, dog towels and couch cover, a first in our travels with our dog.The owner was easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this property - except for the times we WILL return .

    We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought had been put into making the experience special. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, leaving breakfast items for us, which was a lovely touch and made our mornings stress-free. There was also a nice variety of items for the kids and our dog, which made us feel very welcome.The property itself was super clean and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.A special shout out to the extra bed that was provided at no charge. It was perfect for our family, and the kids absolutely loved the ping pong table in the shed! All in all, it was a perfect family getaway, and we can’t thank the hosts enough for their hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat in Benella.

    This property was fabulous and exceeded our expectations of our needs for our 2 night stay. An abundance of appliances and so well kitted for a family of 5. Dart board and table tennis table were appreciated and useful for the kids in their spare minutes. Absolutely gobsmacked at the pantry available to us including farm fresh eggs and honey from the farm and the pet friendly inclusions (bowls, covers, mats etc). Nothing was too much trouble including very late check out. Very easy access on our arrival which made it simple for us - we arrived late afternoon/early evening. We most definitely would recommend for any one.

    Excellent all round

    Our month here was just brilliant, the house was comfortable, the yard was secure for our dog to play in. Our hosts were communicative, and helpful. An added bonus for me, was a table large enough to do jigsaws with good lighting. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

    Near perfect home away from home

    Property is immaculate and owner helpful and responsive. Huge room and well furnished. Beds comfortable. We spent a month and felt sad to leave. Had a tiny issue with internet which owner fixed within 24hrs-perfect! Kitchen missing a large mixing bowl and otherwise heaven. Cannot recommend property more, stay and you wont be disappointed.
