The photos must be updated to reflect the construction developments that affect the enjoyment and reality of the surrounding environment.There were no instructions for residents on basic housekeeping. Dishes need to be replaced. On the plus-side, the owner was responsive to the issues, however, he was not in-country.
The view is being changed by development of buildings that obstruct the coastline.
The door in the master bathroom came off the hinge and had to be taped shut.
The apartment is in need of painting, maintenance was required for the bathroom drain.
The hot tub controls were locked and the temperature could not be lowered to a comfortable level.
