The apartment consists of a cosy living room with 2 comfortable sofas, TV with a full international package. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to eat in. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. From the lounge you access a lovely glazed terrace with views of the Mijas mountain. The windows open across to give the feeling of a fully open terrace. There is a dining table to seat 4 and 2 comfortable relaxing chairs - a perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down.Air conditioning in all rooms and fast fibre optic Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels. The community offers a swimming pool and lovely gardens to relax and sunbathe. This may not be seafront but its very close both to the beach and the beachwalk where you have a good variety of places to eat and drink. You are only a few steps away from Avenida de Las Palmeras with lots of restaurants, bars, supermarket and pharmacy. A quiet place but close to everything! You can even walk along the beach (2 km) to the famous Benalmadena Puerto Marina. The nearest train station (Benalmadena Arroyo de Miel) is an approximate 20 minutes walk away.
