“If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! Next day morning we ask for compensation as we……

“Le personnel est très serviable et aimable, l'hôtel est très bien situé à Séville : pratique si on prend le bus car arrêt proche et parking privé de l'hôtel (fermé la nuit). Il y a un frigo/congélateur, micro-onde, bouilloire à disposition. Quartier excentré proche des magasins ou centre commerciaux. Le seul bémol est le manque d insonorisation des chambres : on entend tout, les portes qui claquent, les gens qui parlent... Très bon rapport qualité prix”

“Positives: the hotel seems new and the room is very comfortable. The swimming pool in the rooftop is great. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Negatives: they place a Nescafé dolce gusto machine in the room for which they provide only two cups. After that, it's useless as you cannot really use it as a boiler or make any other type of coffee. There was a bit of sounds from other people's bathrooms in the room. The swimming pool area can become crowded at specific times as there is little……
