Excellent home in Bend
Great home with a very nice layout. Bed was comfortable, very nice to have a full kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. I'd recommend it for sure, and would absolutely stay there again.

Nice place. Had everything we needed. Easy access to the places we wanted to explore. One of the only negatives is the very slow internet. Was ok for us, but might not be good if you depend on internet for work, etc. Please note that the stairs up to this unit are very steep. Again, ok for us but may not be for everyone.

Excellent........except the VRBO check in keys procedure is onerous. By the time you receive a confirmation number on your email and get back to enter it the 30 seconds has expired. After numerous attempts at navigating that and finally succeeding, there are even more hoops to jump through confirming you are not a robot ....and they don't work even when you prove it. Very onerous. Lucky I had retained the property owners email...he gave me the keys that way.

Not what I expected, but still nice.
It was not indicated anywhere that this was an upstairs residence. It turned out ok, but being partially disabled made it hard to navigate. It would have been nice to know that there were fans available as well. The furniture was nice and everything was very clean. I recommend the host putting a bench in the garage to take shoes on and off since they required people to take them off to enter the residence. This also would have been nice to know on the listing so I could have brought slippers for extra support on the hardwood floors.

Great stay!
Owner worked well with us for early check in. AC was nice to have. Setup was nice and clean. Garage was great to store the bikes in a secure location. Overall excellent place will stay again. Carpet could use replacement as it’s quite dirty looking. Other than that 5 stars from us.

My partner and I stayed 2 nights and felt incredibly comfortable. The place was very clean and the kitchen implements were new. There is a Keurig machine — bring or buy pods and sugar/sweetner with you. Also! There are many many clean towels and the end is especially comfortable.

Quiet, Comfortable Rental in Old NE Bend
This above-garage, 1-bedroom, 1 full bath & 1/2 bath rental was spacious and just right for our weekend in Bend. The location is both quiet and convenient to central/downtown, as well as areas of town to the north and east (of Pilot Butte). The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was fully operational, and the bed and seating areas were comfortable with plenty of pillows. We arrived on an unusually warm day and appreciated that the portable a/c units were already cooling the space - thank you! We highly recommend this Bend rental.

We really just needed a warm comfortable and clean place to come back to after a long day of skiing and this place delivered the basic needs. We had friends to visit and with plenty of restaurants around we didn’t need to cook at the house, although it seemed stocked enough with all the proper dishes and whatnots. Thanks.

Location, Location, Location
We stayed at Jason’s place this week for our first visit to Oregon and celebrating my boyfriend’s 50th birthday. We are very much VRBO over hotel people. The apartment was super clean upon arrival with nice cool air on a nearly 100 degree day. The kitchen was so nice and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. Don’t forget to be a nice guest and leave some yummy coffee for the next guest;) Yes we agree with other reviewers that the bed was extremely comfy too. The location nestled away in a neighborhood was so perfect and quiet. The plus is that it’s also closely located to all of the fabulous things people visit Bend for……great LOCAL coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, tons and tons of hiking, and paddle board/kayaking day use parks. We just had a couple of small recommendations for improvement next time you do some upgrades. We would highly recommend to remove the carpet and replace it with a hard floor and replace the dry clean only couch throws with washable ones. Overall though this place was wonderful and we will definitely recommend it to our traveling friends and stay again if we get out west in the future. Thank you for the accommodations and best of luck.

Super cool apartment style lodging! We loved the variety of paint colors that is Bend's style in home decor inside and out! Two very large main rooms, one with a really nice kitchen. Fantastic main bathroom, super spacious! Comfortable beds and furniture! Easy, central Bend location in a nice neighborhood! Very clean and modern! The AC worked really well since it was pretty hot during our stay! We had everything we needed for our 4 day stay! I would highly recommended this VRBO lodging who is planning a trip to Bend!

Orchard District Property Review
I traveled to Bend for a teacher training course, so it was important to me to find a place to stay that was convenient, clean, easy to access, and quiet. This property was perfect. It was very comfortable, and I was able to work on assignments in the evening without any distractions. I highly recommend this property. Also, it is close to shopping.

Stayed overnight for a concert in Bend and this was a great getaway for me and my spouse. The place was clean and inviting and the space was perfect for just the two of us. We were out most of our visit since it was just one night, but the kitchen would be great if you needed/wanted to cook. Bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Also appreciated having air conditioning! Overall, a lovely stay in beautiful city!

Wonderful Bend stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and spacious. We arrive late at night in the rain and the access was easy - bonus: the garage pull into out of the rain. Extra bonus: the bathtub jets. After a long flight and all the delays we were really happy to enjoy a relaxing spa bath. Also… The bed is insanely comfortable. One of the most comfortable mattress is I’ve ever slept on at any vacation home anywhere. Jason has an attention to detail. There are extras all over the apartment. Soaps w neatly folded washcloths, spices and stocked kitchen, and Jason was always quick to answer any more questions. We highly recommend!

Overall, this apartment was a nice place to stay. Comfy bed, solid pull out couch, big bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. While the location is not walkable, it is just a short drive to downtown, the river, and old mill neighborhoods Unfortunately, when we arrived (well after check in time), the place had not been cleaned. It took quite a while to get someone on the phone, track down the owner (who was not local) and get cleaners out to take care of it. It was 108 degrees in Bend that day, and after a long travel day, it was not a great way to start the trip. That said, the apartment was cleaned in a few hours and the rest of our stay was great!

Great location and spacious for a family!
We really enjoyed our stay, felt like we had plenty of space for our family. Really appreciated having a few options for sleeping arrangements, although we could have used a couple more blankets and pillow cases for the extra pillows in the living room bed set up. The a/c units were quite loud, but still glad we had a/c! I do wish they had black out curtains in the room, since our kids are pretty sensitive to light in the mornings. The host was super friendly and allowed us to check in a little early so we could get to our event on time. We will definitely stay here again for a future trip!

Cute lil rental in the heart of Bend. It’s a mother in law on second floor, FYI, carrying your suit case up a flight of stairs is fair warning. Jason the host, was great! Pictures are just like the actual. Great location for local foods and centrally located to adventures. Would recommend this property.

This property was incredible. It is much larger than you would expect with all the amenities. We did not drive at all while we were in bend and everything was reachable by bike. I really enjoyed myself and felt the privacy and space of a much needed relaxing getaway.
