Unfortunate AC Issue

The home was beautifull with a fully stocked kitchen. Great lay out and lots of space to gather. I couldnt have been more impressed. Unfortunately, we arrived to an extremely warm home and turned on AC to 66 to cool home down. The following day the AC ernt out in extremely hot weather with a day filled of cooking fir family of 17. Property mgmt was very responsive and discovered the system froze up. Unfortunately, they proceeded to suggest we were responsible for the system failure, which was shocking. After observing the system and solid ice, it was clear the system was on the fritz for some time. That said, we had 18 hours of unbearable heat and then all was well. Expected to be offered some discount, but it was never extended. Otherwise, we really enjoyed put family reunion and the fully stocked home. I would reserve again. Sincerly, Glass half full.

Fantastic!

Great house in a wonderful location! Beautiful decks on front and back of house. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need if you enjoy cooking. A great stay and will hopefully stay here next year!

Beautiful and spacious home.

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. It worked perfectly for our family of 7 adults and 2 small children. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. The main bedroom was incredibly spacious and we really appreciated having 3 1/2 bathrooms for our large group. It was unfortunate that the dishwasher and icemaker were both out of order, but we understand they are being replaced soon. There were lots of games to entertain the kids, the SHARC passes were very much appreciated. And having access to the bikes was a plus. Thanks so much, Justin

Beautiful and well stocked house

Loved the house with just a few important items to mention. Dishwasher did not work with sign on it that had been there awhile. Ice maker did not work and only one ice cube tray. Not enough kitchen or paper towels. Big roomy house beautifully decorated!
