The Space:

Welcome to Pony Express 7! A unique 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom home located on the Deschutes River, about 7 miles outside of Sunriver Proper with panoramic river frontage.



This vacation rental home is in River Meadows, a quiet HOA community providing you with access to many amazing amenities for you and your family to enjoy! At Pony Express, you will be welcomed with breathtaking views of the Deschutes River and upscale furnishings. This home is reverse living with the main living area on the upper level. It has a vaulted log ceiling with each room accessible to an expansive river-view deck with outdoor seating. The Great Room area includes a spacious living room with gas fireplace and cable TV. This area has a large kitchen with island bar seating, a beautiful dining table, pantry, updated appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The primary master bedroom suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, TV and adjoining full master bathroom with twin sinks, shower, walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, separate private toilet, and lavatory. Head down to the lower daylight level to enjoy the large family room with new comfy furnishings - two leather recliners, lounge-style sofa (converts to a queen bed), large plush bag-lounger, mini bar and a 55” cable TV. The French doors give direct access to the back yard and paved river pathway. A variety of games are available for family enjoyment and little kids will love the many toys, books, puzzles, and a fun castle tent. This level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with twin sinks, shower, and toilet. One bedroom has a King bed and TV and the other has two comfortable Twins. The laundry room with washer/dryer also includes a toilet, utility sink and built-in ironing board and iron. Also available are a pack n’ play, 2 booster seats, 2 kids step stools and a baby gate for stairs. Access the 3-car garage where the owner has included 3 bikes/helmets to ride the paved 3-mile pathway directly behind the home that goes along the Deschutes River. Be competitive and give Cornhole or Darts a try. If it’s winter you crave, two pairs of snowshoes are available. After a long day of adventuring around Central Oregon, relax on the deck and enjoy the sounds of nature, watch the Bald Eagles and Osprey fly by and deer as they visit. This home is sure to provide you with a very special Central Oregon experience.

• Minutes’ walk from our home to the neighborhood activity center with outdoor pool, exercise room, playground, a tennis court, and 4 pickleball courts. Pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. (access fob and code for courts provided inside the home at time of arrival).

• Panoramic river frontage on the Big Deschutes with two boat launches within sight (kayak/canoe/float/paddle board/raft). Lazy river your way to Sunriver Village or enjoy the river activity and wildlife from our second-level deck.

**Note from the HOA**

Per the neighborhood HOA- campers/RVs cannot be parked at this home and cannot be used as overflow accommodations. Camper/RV storage is available through the Sunriver Owners Association which has two secure lots you can rent space in.

No street parking allowed and only 3 cars in the driveway at anytime. $250.00 fine for parking violation. Please call for additional parking options.

Due to the Extreme Fire Conditions that exist in and around River Meadows, the board has voted to temporarily prohibit all smoking from any area that is not private property.
