COTTAGE IN BEND: Cozy 1920’s, one bedroom, one bathroom cottage with a large private yard-blocks from the river and downtown Bend. Enjoy your own space on a large lot-not an ADU or apartment. Leave your car and walk to the market for groceries and coffee on Newport Ave.

Our tiny home has one bedroom with a queen sized bed outfitted with a helix mattress purchased in 2025, high thread count sheets and cozy quilt. There is also a built in twin sized daybed on the back room that will comfortably sleep a third person.

The living area has a mid-century love seat, 2 chairs and a wall mounted flat screen TV.

Kitchen area is light and bright with all the cookware and accessories to make home cooked meals.

Bathroom is small but remodeled to a wet room in 2022 with modern designer finishes. See floor plan and photos.

Outdoors, the large deck features built in deck seating and table to set up for an outdoor dining experience. The yard is surrounded by lilac trees and is a perfect place to relax after a day exploring Bend.

During your stay walk 3 short blocks to the pedestrian footbridge crossing the Deschutes River and into Drake Park and downtown Bend, The Union house is just a block away from Newport ave and Newport Market. It is also 3-4 blocks from many restaurants and coffee shops.
