Great location and space for the price. Disappointed the pool wasn't available but we used the hottub. Place is a bit dated and could use some maintenance, only one burner of cook top working, and it wasn't super clean.Overall great option for my family,

Property is in a great location right on the river trail and at the second spillway below Drake Park. Super close walking distance to downtown Bend from the north. We would stay here again without a doubt!

Nice spot to visit downtown Bend

We wanted a nice place to stay for the Sting concert weekend with walking access to downtown. This unit fit the bill. Clean and quiet, plenty of parking, well maintained pool and hot tub, and a riverside walking path to downtown. The only minor issue we had is that the thermostat was set to 50 degrees when we arrived and it required a couple calls to the front desk to figure out how to adjust it. Thanks for a great short stay.

Spacious (we got two connected rooms), clean, everything as described. The pots and pens should be updated (not safe for cooking anymore). The pool is located in the separate building; so need to walk outside.
