Could use some cleaning and updating

Needs to be deep cleaned and could use some updated furniture without stains. Great access to the SHARC with passes and close enough to walk.

Sunriver Getaway

Had a great time meeting up with friends. Plenty of room for adults with a separate area for the kids. Everything we needed for cooking. Location in Sunriver was perfect - a short walk to the Village and almost across the street from Sharc.

Sunriver stay

Location near SHARC and other attractions was perfect. The space worked for our family. The bed frame in the downstairs bedroom is loose and the mattress uncomfortable. We made use of the couches.

Sunriver trip

The condo had everything we needed- plenty of space, all kitchen things, etc. the location was fantastic and the deck beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. However, the surfaces weren’t very clean. The floor left our socks black, there was pet hair on the side tables, stains on the couches, and the bathroom trash can hadn’t be emptied before we checked in.

Great location and size

We enjoyed our stay. Positives: location: close to town, pool, and trails. Size: comfortable for our family of 4 and one dog. Stocked: had everything we need. Nice outlook on green golf course. Negatives: downstairs bed was very squeaky, WiFi didn’t work consistently. Actually the WiFi hardly worked. TV didn’t work at all for a time.

Property Management fell Short

The property and location. The Management company Vacasa provided incorrect WiFi information which required a technician. There was no problem with the WiFi instead both the Network name and Password were wrong. The technician was helpful but could have been avoided.

Good location, needs updating

The location is great, and it’s nice to be on the golf course. However, the couches and beds need updating along with the bathrooms. The couches were worn out and stained, and the bed frame in the downstairs bedroom was very loose and squeaky. The laundry needs updating, and the dryer lint catcher wouldn’t stay in so clothes were sucked into dryer venting. The faucet upstairs was extremely loose. The WiFi was slow and had problems with more than one person using it. It was nice though that the kitchen cabinets were updated, and was great to have air conditioning. Overall needs updating and some maintenance. We’ll be looking to stay elsewhere next time.

A relaxing stay in Sunriver, short walk to the SHARC

My family (four) and I stayed here at the tail end of a long road trip. The unit is clean and spacious, and the AC did a good job keeping things cool. The SHARC is literally a 5-10 minute walk away, and the village not much farther. I enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the shade overlooking the golf course. We'll definitely rent this property again!

Great place

We had a great time here. The only thing we would change would be the bed frames. They are noisy. Everything else was wonderful. We used the SHARC and the Cove during the hot days and enjoyed the golf course view in the evening. We would love to come back.

Great location and space, not very clean

The location, size, and use of space in the condo is great. We were close to the SHARC, and a short ride from the village. However, cleaning was definitely sub par. The walls are splattered with food or drinks, there were wrappers on the floors that looked as though they had just been pushed under the beds and sofas. Pans were stuck together in the kitchen, and no trash bags were left for the kitchen trash. Even with all the reassurance from VRBO that cleanliness was at a max because of Covid, the condo said otherwise.

The location was perfect, sleeping arrangements were perfect, and evenings on the deck overlooking the golf course were perfect. Really great place to stay.

Underwhelmed

The property was centrally located and arranged ok. However, it was filthy. Dog hair that’d quite obviously been there for much longer than just from one previous guest. Broken windows so couldn’t properly ventilate, so it was really stuffy since there’s no ac. Clogged sinks and insufficient linens.

Wow! Great Stay!

Sunriver...Wow, great place! Very clean, great view of the golf course, deer...lots to deer! The condo was close to the village/new pool area. We had all we needed, was like being at home! Quiet and cozy! Thank You! Would highly recommend this place!! The Sligars

Great Place to Stay

We will happily get this place again under similar circumstances or vacation needs. Four adults for 3 nights, first week of August, average high temps outside were high 80’s. No AC, but fans and open doors in the morning cooled the place down so it stayed comfortable even later in the day when it got hotter outside. The location is wonderful!! Right across the street from SHARC with 6 passes available to guests, and .7 miles to the village - a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. All of the needed linens and utensils were provided, comfy TV area for 4 adults, and dining area and 2 bedrooms with queens beds (plus 2 twins in a loft which we didn’t need). Beautiful setting, right on the golf course, nice deck and furniture in the shad of large trees looking out onto the green of one of the golf courses. One glitch - we arrived and the home had not been cleaned since the last guests. Quick call to the local Vacasa office - very cheerful and apologetic, sent house cleaners who arrived within 30 minutes to clean while we explored SHARC and the Village AND refunded our cleaning fee - which showed up on our Visa by the day after our visit ended. It would be nice to have AC, but because of the setting in shaded trees and fans provided it worked very nicely.

I’d Do

Terrific location - across the street from SHARC with 6 passes, 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk to Village. Beautiful setting, right on the golf course, with deck in the shade of a lot of trees. Very nice and comfortable accommodations - beds for 6 but we were only 4 adults. All the linen and utensils and appliances provided. We would definitely do this one again. We arrived to find that the home had not been cleaned after the last guests. Quick call to local Vacasa office (get the local office number before you arrive so you don’t have to call the national office who then calls the local office). Local rep sincerely apologetic and helpful - housecleaning team was there in less than 30 minutes, so we explored SHARC for a while as they cleaned. AND, Vacasa rep refunded our cleaning fee! No AC was a little of a concern because it gets hot in August in Sunriver. But the temps were in high 80s and opening the doors and windows in the morning to cool it down, combined with a few fans that were provided, and we ended up with comfortable temperatures in the evening and night.
