Nice property, and clean. Nearby where we wanted to be. Would stay here again. Only issue which was really not an issue, wish they were better instructions for the TV.

Great Location but I won't stay here again

The location is awesome but the unit is really outdated and run down. It was clean which was nice. The mattresses are old and not comfortable and we were woken up each day to upstairs neighbors. They werent being loud there is just no insulation between units. Also there is only one wall unit AC in main livingroom area so the bedrooms were very hot. Also no regular oven in kitchen. The unit was listed that it had a hot tub. However it was located at the SHARC swim center which is very misleading. This rental is priced very high for what it is. hot.

Location, location, location

Pros: This property is steps away from the village at Sun River, so really nice to be able to walk to dinner and shops. The SHARC passes and being able to bring our dogs were also awesome. Cons: The noise from the unit upstairs is no joke. I had seen it mentioned in other reviews and it was no lie. SO LOUD. Also, the hair dryer was broken. There is NO OVEN, just a convection/microwave unit. The bikes we were told we could use were locked and there was no key in the spot indicated... probably ok since one of them had no front wheel anyway. There was a menagerie of bikes on the deck out front in varying ranges of function. We managed to get out on a few rides with a few of them. We were bummed as the property advertised 5 bikes, so expected to take a ride with all four of us. We had a good trip but had to lower our expectations.

Best location, walking across the street to all the restaurants, shops and grocery. Bike paths steps away, afternoon sun on the back patio. Said it was pet friendly, then said no pets allowed through the rental company. We had a dog above us in the condo. So we had to leave our dog home. Would have been nice to have accurate info.

Family getaway

Place was spotless however only 2 of the stove burners worked, the microwave was so complicated couldn’t use, no keys left for the bicycles, never mentioned only coffee pods instead of coffee pot and the worse part was the upstairs renters were so loud that no one got any real sleep

Great experience

The Sunriver property is beautiful and this home is in a great location, right next to the county store, restaurants, and coffee shops. Easy walk to the resort and pool. Furnishings are dated, but property was well kept and the management team was awesome to work with

Update sharc issues

Very disappointed finding out that the so called included sharc passes came with this property to find out Day of arrival that the sharc pool wasn't available until the Saturday we were leaving and it was online reservations that was a totally mess, talk about two of my grandson's disappointed, sunriver has gone done in the tubes.

Our three night experience at Abbot Condos

Arrived at the property only to find it filthy dirty. Carpet had food debris in living room and dinning room. Sliding door window dirty hand smears. Shower doors dirty. Coffee table dirty. We had no other options for accommodations that late in the day. So we spent an hour cleaning just so we could bring in our things and start our stay. Considering it states they take great care in cleaning and sanitizing due to covid this place was a dirty disaster. Which is too bad cause its a great location.

Great location, homey place , will rent again.

Everything went well, the only problem was that we were missing the #7 sharp pass on arrival. I notified the office immediately but one was never brought to us to replace it.

The carpets need to be vacuumed more thoroughly. There were lots of "bits" that should have been vacuumed up. Also, there was a dead spider on the dining room table and one over by the fireplace. There was a spider web and live spider in the opposite corner in the living room. The neighbor upstairs keeps odd hours - getting up at 4:00 in the morning, etc. There needs to be more insulation between the floors. There were 6 SHARC passes, not 8 as the interior sign said. We called and reported that 2 were missing so as not to be charged for the loss.

Family time in between basketball tournament

We come over this way for a basketball tournament ever year for the last four years. We decided to book this condo instead of a hotel this year. It was great! The check in and check out process was a breeze. The communication was great. On our way over, we found out early check in was available. How cool! We were able to stop by the condo first and unload our stuff, before heading to the gym. The condo itself was very cozy and inviting. It was nice to have a backyard for our son to play in. My husband and son even built and igloo! The location was great. It was about a 2 minute walk over to a little grocery store and the whole rest of "The Village". On our last day there, we used the SHARC passes that were provided with the rental. That was a great bonus. We really enjoyed the swimming, hot tub and tubing. We are already talking about planning a time we can come back. :)

Close to SunRiver Village a plus

Stocked kitchen supplies, grassy backyard area to play, and proximity to the SunRiver Village were nice. I was appreciative of your the high chair, but it was old and missing the tray so of little use. There is little insulation to soften the noise from the upstairs unit, so earplugs might be a nice touch to mitigate noise. Would also be good for the emailed checkout instructions to be the same as what is in the unit. A good value overall.

Upkeep

Dirty towels left in washer, both tv’s not working, toaster not working people upstairs sounds like their coming through the floor with all their running around. But will visit Sunriver again. Beautiful place.

Happy travels

The house was great, had everything we needed. Having the extra bikes, a nice patio, and BBQ, we’re great to have. The only issue we had was with the people upstairs, the kids running around at 6 am or earlier. Other than that everything was great, and close to anything you could need.
