We really were surprised how the room looked great. We heard they had recently remodel the rooms and they did a awesome job. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We go to Bend Oregon often and we will always stay at The Dunes hotel and will recommend it.

Cute place, recently remodeled. Staff was very nice. I had a good stay. It is on a main street and popular side street. Neighbors were talking outside late at night and upstairs neighbors you could hear. My suggestion is for dropping keys off, get a lock box secured to the desk.

It was a nice stay for the 1 night. There is something metal all around the underside of the bed, which is helpful so you dont lose things but not so great when we inevitably kept kicking it. It was quiet for the most part. The scent of the room when we arrived was really nice and clean.

Sparkling clean room, nice hot showers, great water pressure, comfortable beds, microwave and fridge in room, AC works. Friendly helpful staff. Only thing I would improve is the out-of-service laundry facility. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

"Wonderful stay — would happily return!" We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for more. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The host/staff were friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal — convenient, safe, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience that offered great value. Highly recommended, and we'd love to come back!

Came to Bend for a wedding Stayed here two nights. The staff was incredibly helpful and let us store our bags the last day after we checked out for a couple hours. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great shower. Would totally stay again!
