Georgia Cottage Lindy is a recently fully restored historic Mill house located in a historic neighborhood in downtown Bend Oregon. Perched on a rock outcropping on a corner lot, facing south, and overlooks the Old Mill area in the heart of all that Bend Oregon offers. The fully self-contained Cottage has its own designated parking, entrance, BBQ, patio. There is a small studio available for rent for two additional guests or independently, situated underneath this cute Cottage that is also fully self-contained and has its own separate entrance, laundry, parking for your additional guests if you would like to book it as well.
This beautiful cottage has hardwood floors throughout, two queen bedrooms with one work space in the guest queen room, fully equipped kitchen, seated dining for six, a comfortable living room with leather sofas, a queen sofa sleeper, large smart TV for your streaming, cable, and gas fireplace. The full bathroom with dual sinks also has a washer and dryer for your use. Off street parking on the gravel driveway at the front door. This cottage is located in the heart of downtown Bend, Oregon.
This vacation home rental is a short stroll to downtown proper for coffee houses, boutique shops, delicious restaurants, art galleries, and only a 15 minute walk to the Old Mill District. The Deschutes River whitewater park, Drake Park, hiking and biking trails, kayaking and water tubing are just a short walk away. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is only a 30 minutes drive.
