Caldera / Sunriver home

This place was amazing for our adult family of 8 and provided everything needed. It was comfortable clean in a great location and very spacious! Return trip is already being planned!

Great family vacation home

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Very spacious and great location. The kitchen was well equipped and the bikes were a plus. My only suggestion would be to upgrade/ refresh the bedding. We loved the Quarry Pool. Vacasa staff communicated well and made sure everything went smoothly. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. The layout is perfect with high sealing and open floor plan with two dinning table good for bigger groups. Each room has its own bathroom made it convenient and privet. The location of the home is good and convenient to get in and out of the gated communit. There were good amounts of towels in each room. The kitchen was full with all that you would need to cook with. We are pleased with this home. Would definitely stay here again.

Family gathering for 70th birthday celebration

I rented this home to have a gathering for our family to celebrate the 70th birthday of my wife and her twin brother. We had 9 adults and one 3 month old infant. The house worked out perfectly for our needs. Our grown children were still working remotely and the WIFI handled all of our demands (once we discovered there was a 5G option). We took advantage of the hot tub, ping pong table, bicycles, barbecue, Quandary Pool & Rec Center, etc. Location was great with easy access to the Sunriver Village. This home also has a very well equiped kitchen. I would definitely rent this home again

Perfect for multi-family getaway with young children

We stayed at this home with another family - 4 adults and 4 kids, aged 1-4. The house was perfect. Kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. House was mostly child proof and there were even unbreakable plates/cups for the kids. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was plenty of space to keep the chaos low. The house stayed cool despite the 99 degree weather. The outdoor patio is perfect - parents were able to lounge while the kids played (they loved the bark dust and we brough a bubble machine. There was even a soccer ball in the garage for them to play with in the backyard). The highlight was the Quarry pool which is very geared toward families - pool is zero entry, maxes out at 5' depth, fun slide that's great for 4 year olds. Only pool downside is that there is no lifeguard on duty and the beverage service is very slow (wait time 30-60 minutes). The other part that isn't clear from the description is that there is no access to the new pool/bowling/etc area (Forest House) at Caldera Springs. That is for homeowners and guests who book directly with Sunriver. You also cannot visit the other sunriver pools (the lodge) without booking directly with sunriver. Our only nit about the house itself is that we could not find a broom/dustpan anywhere. There was, however, a vacuum and mop.

Great place to stay

We loved this house, and stayed here for five nights with a family of 11 including four couples, and two small children. Location is excellent and quiet. The use of the Quarry pool was one of our favorite parts of it. There was so much room downstairs that we would easily have room to entertain in the evening with family that were local. Great outdoor furniture for the back as well.

Ski vacation

House was great for my wife and I, my son and his family, and my daughter and her family. A beautiful home in a great setting. At breakfast one morning we watched a herd( at least two dozen) of elk gallop by the side of the house to the back yard area. Kids loved it.

Retired Educators’ Celebration

The house was lovely and well stocked. Unfortunately we were only able to stay the first night of our booked 5 night stay due to a leak in the master bedroom floor. The jets in the spa did not work either. VACASA was accommodating finding us another home of equal size and they were able to provide us with bikes and a tire pump. We would definitely like to return to this house in the future.

Nice house but not a great value

Rented this for a family vacation. The house is nice, and well appointed. The back patio was very enjoyable. The hot tub was great. That said, there are a couple of issues. 1) I don't understand why I paid multiple booking fees (one to homeaway/vrbo and another to vacasa?). I would have caught this and told my wife no way, but she booked it without talking to me. Still, I had to pay for it and I felt like I was taken advantage of. Also, I would recommend calling the community center, they can get you a better deal anyways. 2) The bedrooms and bathrooms are small, and could use luggage racks. The furniture in the living room was not comfortable either. For that matter, the hot tub could have been bigger. It only fit 3-4 people comfortably at a time. For a place that advertises it sleeps 12, they should have a hot tub that seats 6+. 3) There is no gate opener available to come in the nearest gate (and the one my navigation system kept directing me to). I have rented several other homes in gated communities and they always provide the remote. 4) The use of the public pool and hot tub area was nice, but the owners have not purchased the package that includes the community golf course? Also, I spoke with a woman in the community center and she said they could have gotten me a better deal.

Great open shared spaces!

Our group of 10, 3 Generations really enjoyed our stay at Dancing rock. Big open areas to cook, eat and relax! 9 bikes and ping pong table enjoyable! We cooked most meals and the big open kitchen with two dishwashers and two sinks and two refrigerators were handy. Some pans definitely needed replacement and I spent 35 min trying to sharpen some very dull knives. Details… upstairs bedrooms are nice but not big. No private space to do work (which 3 of us had to at times) Internet bandwidth to max in the evenings and couldn’t stream more than 4 devices.

Luxury Home

Definitely could use a deep cleaning most the dishes still had food stuck to them. Also would probably be best to stay here during the winter. During our stay it was 100 degrees out side and the house wouldn’t get lower then 80 degrees inside. Reached out to Vacasa and was promised that someone would come and fix the issue the next morning but no one every came out. Other then those few issues it’s a beautiful home.

Nice kitchen, good layout of house, plenty of room, bikes for all. Hot tub was very clean. House not very clean, outdoor grill was filthy, only one house key (not a keypad) which was inconvenient. Management inflexible with check-in time. Info about community gates not well communicated

Gorgeous home!

Could have been cleaner

When we arrived it was obvious that the cleaners missed a few places. Not only were there crumbs left on the carpet under the table, but it didn’t look like anyone had cleaned under the living room end tables and sofas all summer. Kitchen and baths were clean. The house worked well for a large family of 11 including 3 kids. Lots of bikes!

Family Vacation

This house is incredible! It is well equipped - lots of towels, kitchen appliances, kids bowls and cups! They do have beach towels if needed and a second fridge was running in the garage which was a huge help. Absolutely loved it and will be renting again.

Beautiful home!

This house was very lovely and nicely furnished. It fit our big family just perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The and Lake area in Caldera Springs. There is a lot of construction going on in the area, but that did not really deter our enjoyment of this home. If I was going to list a negative, it would be that the house could be made cleaner between renters. I get that there used to be a quick turnaround time because it's booked pretty solid in the summer at least found that knick knacks, pictures, window sills and other areas were not dusted and had not been dusted for some time. The bedrooms are not very large but it is very nice that each one has its own bathroom. The back patio is very pleasant with comfortable furniture. The bike path is very close by. Overall, a fantastic home. We will certainly consider renting here again.

Excellent house! Great for large groups.

Very beautiful house that was perfectly setup for large groups. Two sink and two dishwashers in the kitchen, full bathrooms in each room was so nice to have. Lots of bikes and ping pong. Kids and adults all had fun and even with a large group it never felt crowded.

Lovely home with everything you would want.

Great house, everything you would want in the kitchen. great to have two refrigerators and two dish washers with that many people. very comfortable and open.
