Amazing cute house, all amenities stocked! Great walkability to restaurants and around the corner from The Lot Beer garden and food trucks. Precious backyard and enjoyed a backyard fire pit plus morning coffee.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. The pictures don't quite do it justice. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and had any gadget or appliance you could need, it made making meals a breeze. The back yard was great to let our kids and dog play in. Would definitely stay here again!

My son left his AirPods there and they found them and are sending them back. Service couldn’t have been better. Place was very comfortable and excellent location. Only issue was with VRBO. There were additional service fees after I booked it when listing said all fees included. Book directly through the property!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is larger than it appears and even has a garage for vehicles that are smaller than my truck! Many restaurants, coffee places and downtown within easy walking distance. 3 blocks from the deschutes. Very nice neighborhood. An easy drive to bachelor.We would book it again

We loved the Federal rental, it is a well built home and very comfortable. Location is excellent near downtown Bend, Drake park, El Sancho tacos. It has nice outdoor spaces that we weren’t able to enjoy fully in December, and plenty of room inside for our family of 4 plus dog. We especially appreciated the responsiveness of our host when the neighborhood lost power for an hour or two - immediate and helpful communication. We look forward to staying here again.

Loved it!

We loved the house and it's wonderful location - walkable to downtown and local breweries. Everything you need is included. Great set-up for 2 couples - master has a king bed and second bedroom a queen bed. Gas fireplace was lovely. The garage was fantastic! - fit 2 cars easily, secure for all the gear and really appreciated on the snowy mornings. We highly recommend this place.

Are those frequent visitors to Bend over the last 40 years, we've stayed in many homes in town and we really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was perfect, the house was very comfortable and the backyard cozy and private. Great location. House is perfect for 2 couples. Walking distance to all the fun in downtown Bend. Close to The Lot, Galveston and Newport. It was a fun trip back to where we used to live. House was very clean. Linens and towels were very nice. Comfy beds. Great Kitchen.
