That’s where Ponderosa has you covered, a chic condo for 6 advantageously located to all of the area’s hottest attractions. Housed within the desirable Mount Bachelor Village Resort, the onsite amenities are virtually endless. The nature trail takes you along 2 miles of pristine wilderness, brimming with wildlife and breathtaking scenery and sharing a section with the Deschutes River Trail, leading you to this iconic river for fishing or floating. Looking to catch a few rays or just rest and relax? The resort has an outdoor seasonal pool as well as a Jacuzzi open year-round, managed by the HOA. A playground, park areas, game room, athletic club, and full-service restaurant are just a few additional amenities to mention, but there’s so much more here for you to explore on your own.
If you find yourself wanting to venture away from the resort, you’ll be within just a few miles to downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a short 20-minute drive away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination from snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes from the home, offering miles of ski, snowshoe, and walking trails. This area doesn’t just come alive in the winter months, however. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes away offering challenging fairways for all skill levels surrounded by vibrant scenery.
Inside the home, soaring ceilings sit atop open spaces designed to maximize your relaxation and connectivity with loved ones. Sink into the soft sofa seating in the living room while you surf the channels or queue up a movie on the mounted TV, the fireplace keeping you warm and toasty during the cooler months. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen offers full-sized appliances, stone countertops, and rich wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Snag a high-top stool at the counter for 3 for snacking and dining alike, or head out onto the balcony to soak in the fresh mountain air and sweeping vistas while you dine al fresco at the table for 3.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom and a loft.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and smart TV.
The loft includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.
The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home does not include laundry facilities.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.
• This unit is located on the 2nd floor, with stairs required for entry.
• The Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; the spa is open all year round.

You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum.
West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking allowed inside the property.
2. No events/parties.
3. Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am
4. NO Pets allowed
5. Please return all items within the unit back to the unit. (Pool Towels, and Key card belong to the unit).
6. Please return the keycard back to the unit, if not returned, guests will be charged $150 charge to replace if not returned/damaged.
7. Please do not exceed the max occupancy
