Great stay

Wonderful house with great amenities. My favorite is the 240 V outlet in the garage. I Was able to charge my Tesla without having to drive to bend. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of pantry items available. Kids loved the ping pong table. Multiple bikes available in the garage.

Relaxation

The property was just as advertised but there were a few hidden jems. The back deck looks out to a private wooded area and then opens to a golf course it’s quiet, beautiful to look out on and has a great easy to use BBQ. The house was wonderfully stocked with everything we could possible want. Plenty of towels(including hot tub towels), tons of extra blankets, fans for every room, AC, a wonderful fireplace in the living room to flip on in the morning to enjoy with coffee and a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything you could think of and I as large with new oven and dishwasher. The living room has comfy sofas and chairs and has alot of seating. We enjoyed the great 70 inch TV watching the US OPEN on Father’s Day weekend. There are 2 dining room tables, a second living room upstairs with TV, fire burning Woodstove, foosball a full bed/bath. There is ping pong in the garage which is stocked with bikes, basketballs to take the short walk to the park to shoot hoops or play tennis. We absolutely loved this house! Thank you for sharing with us! We had a memorable weekend with Family.

Great location and customer service

The property management company was very responsive. You cannot beat the location on the Woodlands golf course and right next to Ft. Rock Park. Great house for dogs. The main living area and master suite were outstanding. Other aspects of the property (kitchen appliances, sliding door, upstairs bathroom) need improvement.

Friendsgiving Destination

Had a wonderful Friendsgiving in the home. We were two families with lots of space for the kids and parents to relax and enjoy themselves. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was great on the chilly nights. Overall great location and home.

Fun at Grouse 4

We all enjoyed our stay at Grouse 4. This home is lovely and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and air conditioning. It is walking distance to Fort Rock Park. Cascara was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Great house with wonderful view of golf course

We really enjoyed our stay at Grouse 4. The house had a few issues when we first arrived - fireplace didn't work, vacuum was broker, thermostat had a mind of its own etc. But the management team quickly responded and fixed our issues. the house could use some updating but overall had a great experience. Our teen son and his buddy loved the upstairs loft area. They had the entire space to themselves to play video games and had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, which is unusual for a rental house. I loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our pups. The hot tub was great after a long day of playing out in the snow! We would definitely stay in this home again!

Probably best house you could stay at with a large group

We’ve stayed at this house for 3 nights and 4 days. 3 families with small kids and it was absolutely perfect! Everything u need in the kitchen is THERE! Every single room was perfect, upstairs was absolutely ideal as a kids play room. We told our friends and family to stay at this house if they ever choose to go to Sunriver. Thank you!

Great house for family and friends gathering!

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The only complaint we had would be that there was some trash leftover under couches/beds and one of the beds had unknown hair in the sheets. This was reported to the management company. Other than that we had a blast. Well stocked. Great backyard area for kids to run and play. Close to the park. Private and quiet! We will be staying here again in the future.

Great space- but some improvements needed

The space was great and worked really well for our whole family that was there for the weekend. There were a couple issues that arouse while we were there, I did reach out to the Property Management company with the issues and they did reply in a very timely manor, which I appreciated. However just due to Covid, I was a little disappointed with some of the issues that were in the house. We still had a great stay while we were there.

Great house

The house was very large and had ample space for everyone to hang out and relax. Great views out of the kitchen and living room. The hot tub and sauna were great. We loved the loft with the foosball table. There were plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. House was clean except the bed sheets had a bunch of hair on them. The beds were not comfortable at all. Other than that the house was awesome!

Comfy getaway in Sunriver

We had a lovely stay in Sunriver. From the onset, the communications were clear and reliable. The house was perfectly situated near a great park and the backyard looks out on the golf course. As it was snowy, we felt like we had our own winter wonderland. The house was very spacious and was great for our party. We had three teenage boys that were on one end of the house and we stayed in the master bedroom on the other end. There was plenty to do to keep us busy, foosball, pingpong, hot tubbing and lots of games. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking gear we needed. It even had an istantpot that we ended up using. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great for families

My family, along with both my sister-in-laws and their families enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The two living spaces were great for the teenagers to have their own hangout area. We were close to Mt Bachelor and had a great day up in the snow! Having a hot tub was great to come back to!

Sunriver home

The house was very roomy, and was very accommodating for are family...the kids loved the play room with a fools ball table and the hot tub was wonderful.

Wonderful house, but many issues with the rental

This was an absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location. However, there were a number of issues with the rental management itself. First off, though check in was stated to be at 4, our keys still weren't ready for pickup until after 5 and that was with the management company skipping their checking process. This lead to things such as there being no propane for the BBQ and a big lack of little things like toilet paper. When the propane was finally replaced, it was hooked up incorrectly. There were a few small areas where the cleaning could have been better, but that was minor. Overall, the house itself was very beautiful and fit our needs wonderfully, however the interactions with the management company were far from excellent.

Nice home bordering golf courses

Home is lovly with unique features. Master is at one end of house with 2 guest rooms and bath at the other end. Laundry room is spacious with newer washer dryer. Upstairs is a rec room with wood stove, fooz ball table, two couches, a small book with a bed, and a 3rd bathroom. It would be a great space for kids/teens. An interesting feature is the house has a basement. We've stayed in many Sunriver homes and have never seen one with a basement before. The sauna is located there. There is a two car garage with several bikes, a ping pong table, corn hole game, and various sports equipment.

We enjoyed our stay

Decent home away from home. Cons: The garage was a little cluttered when we arrived. Looked like someone left in a hurry. There were a few doors to bedroom’s and a bathroom that didn’t latch when closed. Cupboards were full of an assortment of outdated foods/spices which was a little annoying. Pros: The house itself was fairly clean and organized. All the amenities were there which made for a great stay such as cookware, 2 refrigerators, bicycles, tons of games, nice TV’s throughout the house and a good amount of space. The hot tub and Sauna were a great asset. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice comfortable fun house.

House has everything we wanted, even bike trailer and BBQ with lots of utensils. Lots of space and very comfortable home. Due to Covid, check in was delayed and didn’t get in till 6pm. Was ok as skies were clear and playground was fun. Fire smoke reached us day 3 and smoked us out of home. Will probably rent again as fits our needs well, just older windows and doors that let smoke fill house.

Family gathering spot

The home was as described, great for a group or large family gathering. We appreciated the 1st floor bedrooms - it can be hard to find a home without a stairway to bedrooms and we needed at least two ground level bedrooms for accessibility reasons. The location was perfect and quiet and peaceful.

Great House For Families

This is a great house for large or multiple family vacations. Located on a quiet loop with plenty of bikes our kids loved riding laps around the circle. It's also only about 1.5 miles from the river which makes for a great family ride. The house was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities that we could ask for. We had a great stay and would definitely consider renting the house again for a return trip to Sun River.
