This modern ground floor studio is just the getaway you've been looking for! 'Skiing Red' recently got a head-to-toe remodel in the winter of 2024! It can sleep up to two people, has a fireplace, full kitchen, and a private patio! This condo also has access to our indoor heated pool and hot tub and is only a 10 minute walk along the river trail leading you right into the heart of downtown Bend! Bring up to 2 furry friends for an additional fee of $69.



Guest Access:

The studio comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
