Lovely Bend accommodation

Great location with free parking, very close to the Deschutes River Trail, and about a 15 min walk to downtown Bend. Spacious condo with large master bedroom, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. More affordable than other options in downtown Bend. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We came to Bend to catch a show at the Midtown Ballroom and ski Mt Bachelor. The location is an easy walk into downtown Bend. The condo was very comfortable with a cozy gas fireplace. There are three apartment style condo buildings at the address so a small amount of confusion finding the right one at first, but other than finding the right building, check in was a breeze!

The bed was perfect! We have had great locations with horrific beds. All was perfect here with a beautiful park and river walk. Close enough to walk to Wall Street and Bond street !

Great visit!

We love Bend and were happy to return for a few days. The place is located conveniently near downtown. You can walk along the river right into the heart of downtown. The property mgrs were excellent, responsive and kept us informed. The space itself was clean, modern and had all that we needed. We'd definitely stay there again!

Location! Location!

Perfect location just north of downtown and walking distance of everything you’ll need - shops, great restaurants, etc. The best part of the Deschutes River is just outside your doorstep with river access for swimming in summer. The condo is comfortable and equipped with the simple necessities.

The unit is very walkable to downtown and a few of the other commercial hubs (e.g., restaurants, cafes) in the more residential areas across the river. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. Diana and team were responsive to communications. .

Spacious condo in the heart of Bend

We had a fantastic time at our condo! It was in an excellent location for walking to restaurants and breweries, and a quick drive to Mount Bachelor for skiing. The condo itself was extremely nice and stocked with everything we needed, from shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom to cooking utensils in the kitchen. The bed was massive and very comfy as well. Communication with the hosts was super easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Bend is fun

A Stones Throw bungalow is clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. It's close to everything and walkable to the park, river and downtown. The building is older, a third floor walk up, but that was not a problem for us. Thank you for a great place.

Great location next to a park on the Deschutes River. Easy walk into downtown. Comfortable king size bed. Only complaint: no dishwasher. We just ate breakfast there but if I had decided to cook, I would like a dishwasher

The condo was nice, it backs up into a park along the river. We stay at vacation rentals frequently and I have to say, this kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've seen. It had a lot of different spices, oils, cooking utensils, dinnerware, flatware, cutting boards, etc., it was great! It wasn't the most peaceful place, there were some rowdy neighbors on Saturday night and it's very close to train tracks and the train goes by, blowing it's whistle in the middle of the night. We also had an issue with the freezer, but the property manager sent someone to repair it the same day. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Good location, bring a fan...3.5 stars

Location is good, but the a/c didn't work and we couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Temps were well into the 90's and we sent a couple texts to management to help, but never got a response. There were fans in the room, so that helped. Also, read your contract...if you want to shorten the trip and stay less nights on the backside, you will be paying for the nights you reserved. Really only sleeps 3 unless you can fit 2 people on the pull out couch.

We had a great stay at the Riverside Condo. It was close to downtown but in a very quiet and peaceful location next to Pioneer Park. This is a modest accommodation and well priced. Good Wifi. Convenient parking. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay was better than hoped for. Check in instructions were clear and provided well in advance. Owner followed up to see how check in and stay were going.
