All we could ask for!

Everything was as described. Loved how prompt the property management responded to check in time. Can’t beat the floor level river view. For a captains bed it was very comfortable!

All was good! Enjoyed our stay. Might need to look into the upstairs tenants/renters….super loud 2 of the nights there. Maybe some more sound insulation or something. Other than that was good!

Great getaway!

This spot has everything you need, the apartment is well appointed and updated. Being on the river is beautiful. Only drawbacks; if a noisy renter is above you, you will hear them. And dogs are not allowed on the grass, requiring a little bit of a walk to take the dog out.

Beautiful view of the river and a small park right next to condo. Electric fireplace and split in unit for heat or ac. Very cute place to stay while exploring Bend.

Easy as desired

Convenient, easy property. Access was simple, unit was clean, A/C worked great. Enjoyed being able to sit on the patio and watch the river and take moderate walks downtown. Some issues with the shower curtain which was not well secured and fell down multiple times, but not a big deal.

Bend river apartment

We had a long weekend getaway to bend, this was first time staying here at this property. Pros: location is perfect, close to everything like downtown, breweries, freeway. Beautiful river flowing outside unit. Newly remodeled apartment with modern touches. Did not use kitchen but it was well stocked. Check in was a breeze and appreciate the keyless entry. Communication with property management also quick and easy Con: Murphy bed is extremely uncomfortable. Would have moved to futon but two adults would not fit. Hopefully owners change our mattress which I am told is brand new because it makes for poor sleep and body aches the next day. The shower head is also too high for me to reach (5’4”) to adjust. It also has very low pressure so shower took twice as long.

Property was perfect. Only two notes. Bathroom sink does not drain. Shower has very little water that comes out, I have a lot of hair and it took me forever to wash it.

Great location. Easy access to downtown. Many walks along the Deschutes River to the numerous parks along the way. Accommodations were clean with everything we needed. We hope to come back soon!
