Perfect location for a wonderful vacation in Bend

Well appointed and clean condo. We loved the location and ability to walk to downtown along the river can’t be beat!! Parking was plentiful!! The only cons are that the second bathroom fan didn’t work (easily fixable) and you can hear every step of the people directly above on the third floor (not much anyone can do).

Great location!

This was a very cute and clean place! We loved being able to walk downtown and along the river trail. The bed was comfortable and having the space was great; even tho it was just 2 of us. My only complaint, and it’s so minor but just throwing it out there, is it would sure be nice to have more comfortable chairs on the back deck. The rickety wood chairs were not comfy, especially after a long day of outdoor activities! Next time we’ll bring our folding lawn chairs 😉

Love Bend

I had hoped to relax on the patio, but it’s chairs were not comfortable and the appearance of the patio was not welcoming. The futon couch in the front room was not comfortable. Everything was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were good. Nice bedroom and comfortable bed.

We loved almost everything about this condo. The only caveat to that was the cover on the futon in the living room. It was quite stained in many spots. We found a clean blanket to cover it and enjoyed our stay. The bed is queen sized, but very comfortable. The two full bathrooms were wonderful. The view and the sound of the river was so nice also. cover

The location is perfect and the room very comfortable. Unlike many stays the air conditioning didn't sound like a jet engine and worked pretty well. One minor issue is that a bathroom fan didn't work. Location is amazing with a view of the river and the trail, which we used often.

Great location smart design

We really enjoyed the location, river view, park access, and pool. Although this unit has a smart design the shag carpet has an ick factor. The decor was lacking and showing wear. The unit was mostly clean except behind doors etc where there was an obvious build up.The price was good and overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a good place to lay our heads between outings.

Exactly what the picture showed. Great location to walk to downtown Bend. Easy to get to by car and then to access streets when adventuring out to other locations. Enjoyed waking up to the view of the river and trail.

River View Peace

Enjoyed very much staying at this nicely appointed condo. Cozy, clean, pretty view, close to park, all-around nice place. Only drawback for us was the futon/couch. Not especially comfortable for sitting and watching TV or reading. A comfier real couch would make this condo exceptional.
