“Staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. Newer facility and it was kept very clean, including the pool and hot tub. Staff working the breakfast buffet was also great. Hot tub was exactly what the doc prescribed afyer a long day on Mt Bachelor. Please keep it up. ”

“This place is amazing. The lodge-style room really felt more like a cabin and so cozy! Suite had an amazing jetted tub and SO much room. Cozy couch, cozy bed, warm fireplace. Amazing breakfast spread in the morning. We had a hard time leaving!”

“They say they have a hot tub when you ask
But they don’t tell you it’s broken and cannot be used
We got two rooms, one room had NO Towels
They told us our total charge on top of Expedia fees would be $20
They did Not tell us that was per room, they said that was total
They tell you the restaurant has a happy hour but they Don’t tell you there will be an hour wait time, or that it’s very expensive
They tell you the second floor is best for views but they Don’t tell you the first floor rooms have……
