“No staff support at front desk”

“Practical hotel to stay in Eschen, Liechtenstein. Very new and modern, everything digital and online. Parking places are relatively few but there is public parking (both free and paid) available so check before you reserve or pay for park. Breakfast was ok.”

“The customer service was excellent. The restaurant, Tenn is a must try. We were throughly impressed by the quality of the food and customer service.”

“Couldn't be better!”

“Very nice experience, we were upgraded to premium room, super clean and large, the front desk staff is super nice, location is very good.”

“A very bizarre place. We stayed here as part of a 2 week road trip around Europe and we were hugely disappointed. The room felt like we were staying in a board room. It was very big and all white with nothing on the walls and no soft furnishings. The building is very tired and dated.

“If you're seeking for an adventure, this is it! Cuz no service provided, survive by yourself! Says Check in time is1500, but no matter what the machine says room is still in cleaning n not ready! Frankly no one was cleaning at all as I walked through every floor n there're roomS available!! Finally I managed to check in after standing there over 50……
